Been a loyal patient for 10 years, and couldn't be happier. I've always gotten good care and staff has been great!

As a new patient in the clinic I received a warm welcome as soon as I came into the clinic. The hygienist did a great job of explaining things before anything was done and the dentist was friendly and professional as well. Overall, a great first impression!

Best dentist ever!!

I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, but I will have no hesitation going every 6 months like I'm supposed to now. Dr. Thomas was very helpful in helping me decide the best course of action for my needs. I never felt rushed or like a number. The office staff is super polite and friendly and Tucker was gentle and so nice. My whole family goes here (even the husband! ) and we all agree, 5 stars!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Thomas was very knowledgeable and personable. And I was especially impressed with the way their staff went out of their way to help me get a follow-up appointment with an endodontist when I was having trouble doing so.

Another year is gone but not my teeth. Thank you to all the staff at Dr. Bob Maley's office for another great year of enjoying going to the dentist. Most people can't say that but my family can. Happy New Year!

Excellent customer service upon arrival. My Dental care is done by "Val," an extremely professional, caring, knowledgeable young lady. She cleans and inspects, notes what is up, does an x-ray if needed, in addition, sets up next appointment. She's just so kind and efficient. Dr. Maley of course for the final check, does exigent work on the spot, of sets up ASAP. I'm truly blessed to have Doctor Maley and his "Team," caring for me. Final check today and buffed out a rough spot. Discount for immediate payment in required method, great desk staffer's, social and efficient. The payment discount is so helpful for a Senior. What a team, well done once again...…."Simply Brilliant! Thank You, Just the Best...…...Doctor Mayley and Staff!

Cannot speak more highly of this place. I’m an adult that has always feared the dentist. I also have two little kids. All three of us now enjoy our visits. We’ve been going here for 3 years now and it has completely changed our view of the dentist. Scheduling, the front office staff, the dental hygienists, and both dentists are FANTASTIC. They all treat everyone with such care, respect, and are so friendly. It’s worth the drive for us! ***Updating my review because it’s been a couple of years and we STILL are so happy to have found this dental clinic. We found the practice about 5 or 6 years ago just from Google. Thought we’d give it a shot and now can’t imagine anything else. We have 2 kids that have been patients for a few years. We just had to do our first fillings and sealants and they literally left the dentist telling me they can’t wait to come back. Dr. Thomas did so amazing with them and Stefanie is my kids’ absolute favorite. They’re patient, kind, energetic, fun, and help the kids understand what’s happening without giving them too much information that would scare them. I had previously tried out 2 other places in the twin cities when I was new to the area. The place I went to before this one wanted to do 3 fillings on me at my next appointment. When I did my next appointment at Bob Maley’s instead of the other clinic, he said I didn’t need any fillings, showed me where the “watch spots” were and taught me about when and how teeth can remineralize. No one had ever done that before. 5 years later and I still don’t need those 3 fillings because those spots remineralized on their own! If I would have gotten those fillings recommended by the other dental clinic I would have needed to keep getting them replaced in my lifetime and maybe even end up with crowns. Instead, someone looked at my actual history, compared X-rays, and taught me about remineralization on my enamel. My husband hates switching doctors/dentists/etc. and even he switched and it grateful that he did. I know this is the longest review ever. But sometimes anecdotal stories can be helpful. I’m glad Dr. Maley brought in Dr. Thomas a few years ago. We never want to go anywhere else!

Always a great experience at Maley Family Dentistry. Dr. Ben Thomas is my dentist and is professional, personable, knowledgeable and very fun to talk with. Everyone on the staff is friendly and efficient and very easy to deal with.
