I have been seeing Dr. Andrews for over 20 years. He's fantastic and I would not be where I am today if it was not for him. If some of these negative reviews were even remotely true I would not have stuck around for 20 years. He's always there when I need him. His nurse Julie is amazing. He's very smart and he's held many admin jobs at the hospital rightfully so.

Just a good doctor. Spends time with his patients.

Staff very nice. Thorough exam by Dr Andrews. Explained tests needed and changes to medication and continued care.

The staff here is ALWAYS pleasant and friendly. Dr. Andrews is awesome. I trust him completely for my care. I actually look forward and enjoy my visits with him.

I highly recommend Dr. Andrews for your endocrinology needs. Visits with Dr. Andrews are handled with compassion and understanding. Dr. Andrews has a good ear and makes a patient feel heard. His professionalism and compassion help a patient feel comfortable talking about anything. The staff at Dr. Andrew's office are very pleasant. They are helpful and they are patient. All the steps from setting an appointment, seeing the doctor, visiting the lab are handled with complete professionalism. One thing that stands out the most for me with Dr. Andrews is that when an appointment time is set at their office, they actually see you at that time. They appear to have a good appointment setting system that avoids long delays. Their location is easy to find and access with plenty of parking. They do have a patient portal, although it is not very patient friendly. Seeing how professional and friendly the staff is there, I would expect to see some improvements with the patient portal so that it too is a good experience.

I like that Dr Andrews gives the personal touch to your appointment he sits down and actually has a conversation with you about your needs

The office staff at Dr. Andrews office were very friendly and helpful. My wait time was just a few minutes. Dr. Andrews was very attentive to my questions and concerns. He addressed me with respect and provided good answers and knowledge to each area of concern. I felt at ease with him and appreciate his professionalism and friendly demeanor.

Dr. William Andrews is an awesome physician. His care, listening skills and technology knowledge is simple amazing. His office staff is attentive and caring.

Dr. Andrew took alot of time explaining in detail what was going on, I have never had a doctor do that to the degree he did. I would highly recommend him and the people in the office
