He was thorough but got to the point and didn't waste a bunch of time. He has a cheery personality, it was not an unpleasant visit. I'm never thrilled about going to the Doctor but I'll go back to see him which is good since I need to follow up every year!

Dr Blackburne is amazing. He is kind, compassionate, funny, and makes you feel extremely comfortable. He explains everything very well and never rushes out of the room. He is very thorough and a great surgeon and clinician. I haven’t had a kidney stone since I started seeing him!

Dr. Blackburne takes the time to explain the situation/options/expectations and sometimes calls to discuss results and next steps versus scheduling an office visit. He errors on the side caution which exposed a complication that might have gone unnoticed and led to more serious issues or death. He is very personable. My wife and I appreciate his demeanor and guidance. His knowledge and surgical skills are impressive. I highly recommend Dr. Blackburne for your urology needs.
