Front desk registration was great!! I was greeted with a smile from all staff. Laura made me feel relaxed and her”bedside” manner was impeccable!!! Hospitality gets 5 stars!!!

First time visiting this new location but have been to other Locations in the past. Love the professionalism and care this business always portrays! They always show compassion and kindness and I feel like I’m given special care!! Thank you to all the lovely ladies who work there and work so hard! The new Knightdale location is very nice and easy to get to. The ladies who work there are super sweet and very kind!!

In and out easily, quick and friendly staff.  What more could you ask for?  I usually go to the one in Cary, but will be changing to this one because the experience is better.

12/8/20: Went there for the first time & was pleasantly surprised by the extremely friendly staff & cleanliness of the office. The office is pretty new & I really wish I had known about it sooner when it was time to get my mammogram last month. From now on, I will go here. Anyway, the office had stickers on the floor for social distancing & there was hand sanitizer readily available. The ink pens were cleaned between patients too.Unfortunately, due to a personal situation, I had to cancel my appointment after completing my paperwork. I will reschedule soon. It's definitely worth the drive.

This facility opened in June 2020. It is clean, the equipment is new and the staff friendly. The check-in process was efficient and very friendly.  They offer a range of services and while I hope not to need any imaging soon I would not hesitate to return.

After a horrible experience getting a mammogram a few years I had said NEVER again! Yet, the doctor recently insisted I needed to get one. When I called Raleigh Radiology I asked for the Knightdale office since I had an ultra sound done there last year. I told her my last experience /skin under breast ripped/ and how hesitant I was to do it again. She put me on hold and came back saying she has spoken with that specific office and they are aware of my concerns and said it would not be a problem. Well, when I went to my appointment last week "they" -the mammographer, remembered the phone call and my past experience. She made modifications and still got all the shots needed for the review. I still can't believe what a wonderful experience it was. Yes, there is discomfort but only for seconds....she....addressed my previous issues and it truly was a "pleasant" experience. Yes...pleasant! When leaving I asked for "her" name and they said it was CINDY! I told them if women could be guaranteed this type of experience when having a mammogram we would not mind getting them every year! So, if you are "past due" like I was.... go see Cindy at Raleigh Radiology in Knightdale, NC!
