For years I had small bald spot on the top of my head and it never improved or got any worse so I never thought much of it, but then I found out about scalp micro pigmentation done by Ms. Jen Oakley at Bernstein Medical and decided to go in for an evaluation and give it a try. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism which I received!!! Ms. Oakley made sure i was always comfortable and not in pain and informed me of what she was doing every step of the way... I went in for 3 sessions and afterwards I was very satisfied with the results and I loved that there was barely if any pain at all and the healing process was over in a few days!! My experience with Dr. Shaver was exceptional. She is absolutely delightful. Her knowledge, talent, honesty, sincerity, and availability to me as her patient were unparalleled. Dr. Shaver’s staff is also wonderful. Each person with whom I interacted was patient, thoughtful and informed. My experience with Dr. Shaver And her staff was better than I could have imagined. I got my brows done there and love them. Jen Oakley did a mix of micro-blading and ombre and it suits my face, skin tone and style perfectly. The procedure was easy and painless and most of all effective. I now have beautiful brows and confidence.

Dr Shaver is incredible. Highly recommend. Easy refills and she always has a plan to look ahead in the future. It’s good to realize that as I’m getting older I look forward to having healthier hair instead of looking forward to losing it.
