Dorothy Min does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
I've been going to see Dr. Dorothy Min for almost 10 years now and I appreciate all the care and advice she's provided me.
There was a bit of a wait to see her. But overall I found her to be caring, taking time to speak with me and answer all of my questions. (This was for a routine annual checkup) I would definitely go back to her again.
I asked if there are health effects associated with taking prenatal vitamins if I am not pregnant. Dorothy Min responded by laughing at me and saying "You can't get pregnant if you take prenatal vitamins!"--which was not my question. I found her to be condescending.
I met her for 1 visit; she seems nice but Downtown women OBGYN is horrible to deal with. I waited 1 hour & 20 min to be seen and no apology that they are running so late. after They sent my prescription to a radiology that doesn't perform the test. I have to call the office 4 times to get hold of someone & get this fixed. when you call, there is usually 15min wait & sometimes asa you are caller #1, it goes to VM or they hung up. then I have to call them at least 5 times to get my result back after a month of waiting. also when you call to schedule an appointment, they say you should do it online but online, DR Min's calendar doesn't allow to book in following months. but front desk, doesn't help with that. it has been a month: 5 emails & 6 calls to get my medical recorded be transferred but no response yet. AVOID, AVOID and AVOID this institution. not friendly and helpful. Extremely stressful/frustrating to deal with them. very unprofessional. I would give negative point if I could

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
