I had a FUE procedure done on September 12 with Dr.Ziering at his New York Office. Start to finish it has been an exceptional service. Jen was extremely helpful and attentive in guiding me through the process from the first call to book an appt, to my final check up after completing the procedure. Sidney has followed up post surgery several times to see how the recovery process has been going, which so far has been exceptional. I’m on month 3 and I am starting to see some hair growing slowly. This place is absolutely fantastic. It’s very welcoming and clean. The waiting area is more of a lounge area with refreshments while to wait to be seen. They are very informative and give you an idea of what to expect if you go through with the procedure. Once my surgery was over they were extremely attentive to any and all questions i had during the healing process. I would Recommend coming here if you want great results and quality customer service for sure. Doctor Z and Jenn are truly amazing ☺️

I'm a 43 year old transgender woman, Dr Ziering and his wonderful staff have changed my life. I had a receding hairline at 42, very typical for a genetic mail my age. I luckily came across Ziering Medical and he sculpted me a genuine female hairline. The the office was comfortable and clean and very inviting, their bedside manner put me at ease, and the operating equipment/room was very professional. The whole process wasnt stressful at all.I felt little to no pain throughout the entire procedure even during the initial localized anesthetic and within 4 or 5 months I was enjoying the results like I never had FUT. Dr Ziering's office continues to work with me to this day, calling me to make sure everything is right and keeping me up to date on original formulas for topical treatments, that, if I had access to in my 30s I probably wouldn't have lost any hair in the first place. I had this procedure done 4 months ago, I am already seeing results…I was very nervous at first, but I am pleased so far of how my hair growth is going…the staff made me feel very safe, and comfortable…everyone was very professional and there was nothing more that I could have asked for. Hair loss beginning at a relatively young age can certainly bring unwanted anxiety and stress but from my initial consult with Dr. Ziering at the NYC office, I could quickly tell that I was in the best hands. Starting with the consult, Dr. Ziering and his team showed their immense dedication and desire to help me achieve my goal of restoring my hairline. They answered each and every question I had and provided me with all of the necessary information for the big day. Days prior to the surgery, Dr. Ziering's team sent me all of the necessary pre-op, day of, and post-op information. There were no surprises at any stage. Though I was still a bit nervous for a long procedure, the whole team did an amazing job of making the whole day stress free. The receptionist were so welcoming (like always). I was taken to the procedure room (very comfortable procedure chair) and a large flat screen TV and an array of snacks and drinks were waiting. The team, including Dr. Ziering, Dr. Kinler, and the hair restoration technicians, came in and answered any last minute questions, went over the plan for today, and then began prepping. I did not feel any pain throughout the ~ 6 hour procedure and the doctors did a great job of frequently checking with me to ensure I was not feeling anything. Between Netflix, snacks, and conversation with the team, the day seemed to fly by. Dr. Ziering, Dr. Kinler, and his team of technicians have great vision and are such artists when it comes to hair restoration. Each and every member of the team is so clearly passionate about their roles. Once the procedure ended, Dr. Ziering's team went over the immediate post-op instructions and the long-term post-op timeline. They had provided this information the days prior to the procedure, so it was great to go over it again with them in person. I followed their post-operative plan exactly as described and had zero complications (and healed in 10 days according to plan). I came in the day after my procedure for a hair wash and laser therapy where we again discussed post-op plan and went over hair washing. It did not take long to start seeing results, and months later, I am very happy with my decision and for trusting the entire team at Ziering Medical. I am eager to continue to see the results as I continue in the post-operative hair regrowth period. Ziering Medical also does a great job of following up post-procedure (i.e. 6 month recheck). My journey to find the perfect hair transplant specialist began 5 years ago. I began losing my hair in my early thirties and it progressed over the years. I am 55 years old and I work as a Professional Makeup Artist and as a Sales Director In the beauty industry, so looking my best is important in my industry. I wanted to find the best hair transplant specialist that understood my needs. My hairline was receding and my crown was thinning out. When I turned 50, i knew it was time to finally do something about it. I was now on a mission to find the perfect hair restoration specialist. After several, very disappointing consultations with hair restoration specialists, from New York to Florida, I finally found Ziering Medical in NYC through my contacts in the industry. In February, 2021, during the pandemic, I called and spoke to Jen Amato, the Director of Patient Services, who was extremely accommodating and answered all of my questions. I finally booked my appointment to meet with Jen and the doctor in March 2021. On the day of my consultation, I was greeted by Jen, who instantly put me at ease. She took me to her office, prior to meeting Dr. Ziering and I can’t express enough how impressed I was with Jens knowledge of hair, hair loss and hair restoration options as well as hair loss prevention, including post surgery. We spoke at great lengths about what my expectations were and she explained every option available in such great detail that I had never experienced with prior consultations. It is because of Jen that I knew I was on the right path. I also knew this was where I would be having my procedure. I met with Dr. Zeiring and he explained to me in detail what I could expect to achieve. Never once did I feel I was being “sold”. I felt like they really cared and I was not just “another patient”. My procedure was done on June 24th, 2021 by Dr. Faucher. 2000 grafts were transplanted to the front of my head, creating a new hairline with the FUE procedure. I was only out of work for about a week and a half. When I returned to work, nobody could tell I had anything done, they just thought I had a short haircut. The procedure was way easier than I had anticipated. I was comfortable the whole time and watched Netfix throughout the day. It’s now December 6th, I just reached my 5 month anniversary and I’m now seeing the growth and I could not be happier with the beginning results and I still have another 6-7 months to go to see the final results. I would do this all again in “a New York Minute”, knowing what I know now. They really made me feel like I was part of the family. I absolutely made the right decision by choosing Zeiring Medical. The day of the procedure, the entire staff made sure I was very comfortable every step of the way for the entire day. The techs that’s were with me throughout the day, Yvette, Ashley and Neal, also known as the “Dream Team” could not have been more professional. Jen followed up with me for the next coming weeks to check in on me and to make sure I was ok and answered all of my questions. You can tell that Jen cares about her patients, which was important to me. She still checks in on me, to this day. I highly recommend Zeiring Medical to anyone even considering a hair transplant.

At 27 years old, you would never think you would have to consider what to do after losing most of your hair on the top part of your head. For me, losing my hair was something I woke up thinking about, I thought about it every second of the day, and then went to bed thinking about it. I would like to start with how fantastic and clean the waiting area was. Sidney,the receptionist,was extremely friendly,kind and welcoming, made my first impression a great one. Jen, the patient coordinator was very knowledgeable. She addressed all my concerns, reason being why I went forward with my procedure. Dr. Faucher,was absolutely great,informative,extremely professional.I found him to be concerned, his personal manor comforting. The surgical team, we’re extremely kind and professional… Ivette,so kind and humble, explained thoroughly the process ,next steps at home.. Ashley,Cece,and Nicole all worked with great professionalism,extremely kind, addressing any concerns at hand,( what can I say team work was present at all times..)
