This place is amazing. I had problem with my spider veins for a while as a first responder I had to be ok my feet all the time. I took few treatment and you know what it works. Awesome doctor and the entire office stuff ! Very professional attitude towards clients! No long wait lines . Doctor gives his full attention during visits and never rushes you out of the door . Prices are very reasonable and you are getting top notch quality service from Coulumbia graduate doctor !

I have been seeing Aleksandr for several months for glutathione injections, and this treatement has reduced my neck and back pain significantly. He always takes time to answer any questions very thoroughly. He always sees me right on time and has a very nice office and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend Aesthetic Solutions!

Aleksandr is THE BEST EVER!!!! More knowledgeable than any doctor and extremely caring. He always goes the extra mile to help me and my husband as well. Can't say enough good things about him. Skilled, professional, dedicated, a truly unique provider. I see him weekly for IV hydration and other injectable supplements/treatements, and they have made a massive improvement in my overall health and well-being.

My experience was top notch with Aesthetic Solutions. I had Scalp Pigmentation done for density, I was nervous prior to doing the procedure, however Mike did an incredible job. If you have any thinning spots that you are trying to cover up with powder or some comb over, your problems with be solved with SMP. Alex (Owner) was awesome. He was clear about the procedure when we first spoke on the phone and helpful thru- out. It seems to be there are growing options to get SMP but I am thrilled I choose Alex and Mike. I’m in Manhattan and It was quick train ride out. Highly Recommend! Thank You for the great job !

There is so many good things to say about this place... Professionalism and knowledge are the main points. But I cannot forget to mention their KINDNESS and good energy. (You will clear understand what I'm saying here when you get there.) Dr. Aleksandr is super honest, he advises you the right treatments and NEVER force any services on you that will not benefit you. He explain everything, and one another thing that I appreciated about my experience the first time I went there in 2019 is that he asked all my questions without making me feel rushed. All the staff is friendly, treat you with respect and make you feel comfortable. Milana is so sweet!! I love this place so much that I cant even imagine going to another place getting my botox and I'm planing to get their IV therapy as well!!! Alsooo, they always have discounts and VIP programs to help you archive the desire treatments without hurting your pocket. You can't go wrong with Ae. Solutions It's money well spent trust me.

My first time experience & it was awesome .... The doctor explain in details everything am supposed to know & when he was finished i felt very confident & comfortable not knowing what my results would be !!
