It is so rare to encounter a business such as BCG. Every time, not sometimes, but every time I'm half way in the front door, some kind voice greets me with a genuine smile and a "Hello Mr. Malcolm, how are you?" They know me, they know my daughters, they know my grands. And it is not just the front desk people, it is the entire staff. They are happy comfortable and warm people. The doctors take their time in the diagnostic phase and in the adjustment phase. They tell me what to expect and suggest a follow-on therapy or appointment. I love the therapist. Their attention to recovery is top notch. Im very thankful for the long term relationships. Im very thankful my daughter directed me there many years ago. Thank you BCG. You make it hard to be a grumpy old man!!

Amazing customer service. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. They even text me the next day checking on me. I highly recommend this group of Wonderful Dr's and their staff to anyone.

Great staff who always greet me by name and make me feel welcome. I have been seeing Dr. Butts for several months and he is always very attentive and happy to answer my questions. Flexible scheduling is a plus. My only negative is that insurance is not accepted, however they will provide itemized receipts to submit to insurance.
