Aug. 12th went to ER with COVID, waited 30 min to see a triage nurse, I couldn't breath , my oxygen was 88 , after my check up , I was placed in an ER bed . ER was semi full , but, I got in right away, I was admitted to hospital 5 hrs later, we were waiting on a bed . Everyone was very attentive, and took care of me, nurse or tech came in & out to check on me , so I didn't feel so alone waiting to get a bed. My 3 day visit was not so bad , I was treated for COVID and everything was explained to me. This is the closest hospital to me and glad I took the chance even after I noticed they were only 2.4. ....I do recommend this hospital . Everyone was pleasant & professional.

They saved my life last year when I had covid pneumonia. They took excellent care of me. I am forever grateful

I had to take my mother to the ER last night and during this whole pandemic I was scared to send her there alone! Wow! Sunnyvale was AMAZING!! April in the front is what we need in all hospital ERs she was so nice attentive and no just to me to every patient that walked in! From check in to check out just AMAZING!! Glad to see patient bed side is still important! Way to go Sunnyvale hero’s

I rolled in at about 3 AM today, scared, sick, and experiencing a sickness that I had never dreamed of dealing with. I left around 630 AM, feeling relieved and treated with the greatest care. Every single kind and brilliant soul that helped me was amazing. I'm so thankful for all of you, if I were wealthy, I'd give each and every one of them a million bucks..because that's how I was treated. Just had my heart catheterization procedure. Dr Ong from Southwest Cardiac Associates performed the procedure. First off he is awesome! The staff at BSW Sunnyvale were excellent. No complaints. Answered all my questions, explained everything I asked to be explained and with enthusiasm. I felt very comfortable. This is difficult for me because I have high anxiety. I highly recommend this facility. Great work everyone

I have to say that this hospital has the nicest professional workers here . Even though I was frustrated with the wait being in pain all the staff was sooo nice and genuine. They kept everyone informed of wait time, mine went from 2.5-4 hrs and it was about 4.5 hrs before I was called to the back. All the staff was sooo nice and informative and I love it. I can’t remember everyone name who assisted me, but I for sure want to give a shout out to the Charge Nurse (Supervisor) in ER last night she did her thang and so did her staff (I wish I could remember you name!!) :-) . I was definitely treated with lots of care . Thank you all for taking care of me !!!
