The front desk personnel very polite and friendly. The dentist and staff in the back were friendly and knowledgeable. I hate going to the dentist, but my most recent experience at Bright Now Dental made it pleasurable.

Good experience so far on my first visit...

Let me preface this by saying that I am terrified of dentist offices. This location in North Olmsted made me feel so comfortable and at ease the entire visit. From the moment I entered until the moment I left, I was so satisfied. I went in for a painful toothache that had been bothering me for days and they found the cause of the pain so fast. The dental assistant, whom I was told her name is Bara (I hope I spelled it correctly), was the best ever! She kept conversation flowing and was very personable. The front desk staff were so pleasant! Overall, I am pleased with this visit.

Dr. Imad Nouneh is a skilled and efficient Periodontist. He took time out of his busy schedule to take care of my painful wisdom tooth emergency. The whole procedure was quick and thorough. Clean extraction and no pieces left over. He knows what he is doing! I was treated professionally and courteously by all staff. The assistant was also very helpful and nice. I was so pleased that I scheduled with them for a regular visit and a plan of care. The lobby was nice and clean unlike some reviews I read, and I witnessed lots of wiping, sanitizing and sterilization during my visit. Give them a try! I was impressed.

From walking into the door for the first time, till leaving with a full service response in completing an extraction & fully updating of a frontal bridge, left me with nothing less than praise & a wonderful feeling of a job well done. Kudos to the entire staff for the efficient, friendly & professional job they did to keep the smile on my face for years to come. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is the most genuine place with the best people. Dentist is knowledgeable and everyone is very pleasant and welcoming. My grill wasn’t the best when I arrived and it was embarrassing but they made me so comfortable I left with a smile!

I needed emergency dental work and they accommodated me , made a same day appointment and a next day follow-up and they handled everything accordingly . Very friendly staff they explain everything before you pay in case it’s to much. They accept most insurances . Wrote me a work excuse with no questions asked. Prescribed me medicine. And was very nice with follow up appointment and they talked to me about braces and further dentistry ahead of the future problems that would occur ..

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. They stayed after closing to see me.

Great staff, great dentist. My daughter loves Bright Now
