Friendly staff, never waited over an hour to see a doctor. Had a severe asthma attack, emergency room was overcrowded, so I came here. Got several breathing treatments, took xrays, and steriod shots to ease it. If you're waiting over an hour at an URGENT CARE, and complaining (when the emergency room is directly across the street), then you need to be making your way across the street. Both facilities are connected, and the ER can pull up your info from the visit at the urgent care (if you're worried about starting over). Unfortunately, my asthma would not let up, so they offered to call an ambulance to take directly across the street, and I declined. I crossed the street, went thru the front entrance, told them I was just across the street being treated for asthma, and requested a wheelchair to wheel me to the ER... Simple. My info was already there, and I sat at the ER for FOUR HOURS, but left feeling way better than when my morning started. Make sense for YOUR HEALTH, not your convenience!
