Castle Rock Adventist Hospital

I went to CRAH for some planned minor surgery. I was met by a volunteer who took me right to check in. I was then escorted to the surgery floor and within about fifteen minutes of my arrival, I was all set up and prepped to go. The entire staff was well organized and efficient. I cannot recall any medical appointment that was so well organized. Highest compliments to the entire team.

My wife and I were both extremely happy and satisfied with the labor and delivery unit at Castle Rock Adventist. Every single nurse and employee went above and beyond to make my wife’s stay a wonderful experience. The nurses and staff were all helpful, attentive, and provided us with more educational insight than we could have ever expected. It also didn’t hurt that the food during our stay was also amazing. We highly recommend Castlerock Adventist and their staff.

Always friendly and courteous

Our little 3 year old grandson had a medical emergency and luckily, with the quick thinking of his mom and the awesome team from Castle Rock, our little guy is still here with us. The team was quick with how they dealt with everything and the helicopter EMT were fantastic. After they were able to stabilize him and he was up and awake, he was not only scared but also did not want any medical staff near him. The 2 helicopter EMT guys were great at trying to calm him down and were very patient at explaining what they were doing so his little 3 year old mind could comprehend what was happening. We are so grateful for the entire team and everyone who helped with the dire situation.

This review is for Ms. Holly working at the ER. I recently had a visit to the emergency room at this hospital in Castle Rock to see my best friend's baby who wasn't feeling well and I had the privilege of witnessing one of the most amazing nurses I have ever met. Her positive energy and infectious attitude were truly remarkable, and made what could have been a very stressful situation much more manageable.From the moment she walked into the room, I could tell that she genuinely cared about my well-being and was committed to providing the best possible care. Her compassion to serve was evident in everything she did, from taking the time to explain the treatment plan in detail, to checking in on the baby frequently to make sure he was comfortable.But what really stood out to me was her incredible attitude. Despite the high-stress environment of the emergency room, she remained calm, upbeat, and positive throughout the entire experience. Her kindness and empathy were truly inspiring, and the baby turned out to be just fine and dandy! The entire family left the room emotionally uplifted because of her.Overall, I would highly recommend this nurse to anyone in need of medical care. Her positive energy, infectious attitude, and compassion to serve were truly remarkable, and made a difficult situation much easier to handle. She is a true asset to the hospital and to the community. Five stars all around!

Amazing hospital. Such a great staff. They are all very welcoming and every single one of the nurses actually care about your baby. We felt very safe having our daughter in their care. Highly recommend having a baby here!

All the staff I interacted with were wonderful (shout out to my RN, Jeff!) Wait times were minimal, facility is so clean and nice, and the food from the cafeteria/restaurant was very good. Would highly recommend.

I'm sharing my experience for the BirthPlace in the hospital -- where I delivered my baby. The facilities and staff were phenomenal and I had a great experience here. I highly recommend any mother wanting a safe place to give birth to come here. The nurses were phenomenal and I'm so happy I delivered here!
