I was referred to call 2 neurologists by my primary physician. When I called Dr. Gehret's office, the phone was immediately answered by a professional, friendly gentlemen who took my information, secured the first-available appointment for me (not too far out), and explained the initial visit protocol to me (including that he would email me the intake forms in advance, to expedite my visit). I called the other recommended doctor - got a voicemail and never received a call back (even tried calling again). So glad I went with Dr. Gehret and his team! Their office is a well-oiled, friendly, and professional machine. I was seen within minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Gehret took genuine interest in securing a complete history of my complaint. He gave a thorough exam, documented his notes along the way, made his recommendations and observations, and outlined next steps. He listened to me, was kind, and his team had everything together for me when I left the office. 5 Stars!!

Future tests and examination were just as meticulous. His prescription for my issue was completely successful. I have every confidence in Dr. Gehret and would recommend him highly.

A man who has dedicated his professional life to the studies of the brain and nerve system. Having had a visit to understand my issues I left knowing that my anxiety could go away as I was in the hands of a caring knowledgeable Doctor. More to follow as I'm embarking on a treatment program.

Dr. Gehret and his staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I needed assistance with paperwork for my aunt who is a patient of Dr. Gehret and he made himself available to fill everything out at a moment's notice. His staff got back to me right away and provided me with everything I needed.

My sister-in-law was here from Oxnard and was experiencing some changes that weren't normal for her. He worked us in and quickly got some tests done, had the consultations, and helped us discover her problem. We appreciated his sensitivity to the issues and help in a timely manner. Dr. Gehret was with us in helping her and I could email our concerns without having to verbally embarrass her in the office visit.

I’ve gone to 2 other Neurologist for Nerve Conduction/ EMG. Dr Gehret is top in his field. They don’t get much better. He is gentle and explains his process. He evaluates the results and explains the test.Other doctors take the test and send a report to the referring doctor to evaluate. I would highly recommend Dr. Gehret if you need nerve conduction testing .......
