WAS SEEN within 15 minutes after arrival at Dr DeBoer's office. He was nice, professional and answered all my questions.

My appointment was at 10am, I did arrive and check in a bit late at 1004. I didn’t get called back until 11am. Not sure what happened. They still get 5 stars! Once I got back for the appointment everyone from the X-ray staff, the nurse who asked questions and took vitals were very apologetic. Dr Deboer also apologized. Every time I’ve seen him he has always been so professional and polite! My knee is healing up nicely and therapy is going well! Very pleased with the care!
