I had a breast reduction done by Dr. Refermat a little over 3 weeks ago, and I’m already over the moon with the results! I’m so happy and impressed with the healing and the super clean lines of stitches- he really is a professional. Dr. Refermat was straight forward but reassuring when I reached out with any concerns. My life is already changed thanks to his work!!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023 and had the option of having breast reduction surgery to remove a tumor. I'm in my '70s and have had problems all my life with being top heavy. It has affected the way I look and has caused serious medical issues with my health, especially my back. Dr. Refermat, working with Dr. Medeiros, who specializes in breast cancer, performed the surgery in September, removing the tumor, along with approximately three pounds of tissue from my bustline. I've had a few months to heal and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I've gone from a 42 DDD to a 36C and he did a beautiful job in shaping how my breats look. I'm still getting used to the new me and loving it! The very best news of all is I'm now cancer-free, praise the Lord! Thank you, Dr. Refermat for using your very special skills and expertise on my behalf. Thank you too to your staff who I had to call or come see a couple times. Absolutely incredible experience with Dr. Refermat. Super helpful with all questions/concerns, professional, funny, and calming. I don’t like surgery at all but he made it into a manageable, enjoyable experience. 100% recommend to any who are in need.

I met Dr. Refermat in the ED, I had a Bilateral Mastectomy with a different surgeon a few months prior. I was not healing well and had an ongoing infection. The surgeon I had just kept switching my antibodies, fluid build up, this went on for several months until I landed in the ED. Dr. Refermat took me to the OR and removed the tissue expanders, removed the pus and infection. He SAVED my life. He is truly a caring surgeon with a warm and comforting bedside manner. As a nurse for over 20 years I would highly recommend him. THANK YOU DR. REFERMAT!!

Dr. Refermat performed an excellent ingrown toe removal on two of my toes while I was in Officer Candidate School. Dr. Refermat (as a Navy Reservist supporting this Army school) directly contributed to my success by expertly treating my ingrown toenails. Thanks again Doc!

Dr. Refermat just completed the reconstruction from my R breast mastectomy and did an excellent job. He is very meticulous and I found his staff to be pleasant and helpful. Overall, a 5 star experience for me.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Refermat and his entire office! Since we were coming from out of town, they were always very accommodating with afternoon appointments. He is a very gentle & understanding person considering I was going through such an overwhelming time in my life (recent breast cancer diagnosis & double mastectomy). I was originally NOT going to do reconstruction but after visiting him, I knew I was in good hands! He listened to everything I had to say & assisted when he could if I was uncomfortable.
