Dr. Ara Deukmedjian

Dr. Ara Deukmedjian is one of the best neurosurgeons in the world with his cutting edge DLDR (Deuk Laser Disk Repair) and Deuk Plasma Rhizotomy. I travelled all the way to Melbourne Florida from Melbourne Australia to the Deuk Spine Institute because I couldn't find this technology in Australia. I didn't want a fusion with a metal cage in my neck, but a minimally invasive procedure. I had the following done to my neck and back between 29 August 2023 and 31 August 2023: Deuk Laser Disc Repair C5-C6, C6-C7; Deuk Plasma Rhizotomy C5-C6, C6-C7, C7-T1; RT L4-L5, L5-S1; BL SI Joints Dr Deuk and his team took care of me and carefully performed these procedures. The admin staff were also excellent. The operations were a success but I will have to wait at least 2 months since my neck muscles have become deconditioned after the procedures which have caused me some muscle spasms. Things will improve with time. Dr. Deuk is the man if you want a minimally invasive spine surgery which is safe. Alfred B

Doc's demeanor was excellent and caring let alone the fabulous level of knowledge he has. One of the 'few' Dr's I will trust for my surgeries and suggest you all do too if you need help . I went in not really being able to walk and came out walking!!!

What a blessing to have found Dr. Deuk & his incredible staff. I need to also mention every employee I've met there is very personable & helpful. After reviewing my MRI I found I was a great candidate for his laser surgery. Due to other issues with my bones, having the more invasive surgery would be an ongoing nightmare. Dr. Deuk is passionate about his patients care. He makes the time to explain other ways to possibly begin treatments prior to surgery to see if there can be any relief. It's temporary but being out of pain is always welcomed. He's so personable, professional, respectful & a master at his job. There is no other surgeon is in his league. Anyone with spine issues that might require surgery deserve the best and that's who this doctor is period.

Dr.deuk is absolutely genius. I was dealing with my lower back pain since last 8 years I am pain free within 24 hours, he makes my life more easier. Thank you for the entire team. Absolutely genius doctor. I urge the people who dealing with the pain, you should call em and send them your MRI. It’s free MRI analysis and honest advice you get. The plasma rhizotomy was a godsend. One day after I am totally pain free!!!!

I already wrote a review but wanted to make sure I included all of the staff members associated with Deuk Spine. Joe is amazing as was Sheena and every single member in the front of the house and in the operations department were perfect, professional and courteous and never said no to me even once no matter what I needed. Dr. Deuk is absolutely incredible, his bedside manner and care for me as a person made me feel like he was 100 percent devoted to helping me with my back pain and seeing me healed. He performed my surgery beautifully and my pain went from an 8/10 discogenic 24 hour per day pain down to a 0/10. I have my life back and I am living pain free for the first time in 10 years!

The staff there are very pleasant from the front desk to the surgery staff and all in between. My family has used Deuk spine since 2012 and will continue to use as well as recommend him.
