The office in Vero Beach Florida has a professional and friendly staff. Daphne and Zach were extremely helpful and I can't recommend them enough. We first went to a different vendor down the street which was a horrible experience as they lied about our devices needing to be replaced. Zach knew how to adjust the devices correctly and provided instructions regarding the appropriate App. Don't hesitate to give them a visit.

I want to start off by saying that this was my second set of hearing aids, my first pair I got from Sam’s. I had heard that they were good quality and a decent price , and most of us worry about money . Between the muffling sound that I heard in my head, I never could get a good quality from the Hearing Aids , l took them back . I don’t mind spending the money , but I have no intention of leaving 1800$ on my dresser every day because I end up not wearing them . The people at Sam’s were very nice and tried to help , but I had given up to the fact that they just work . They gave me my refund and I went on my way . Now of course my hearing hasn’t gotten any better and I still need hearing aids. My friend Joe hands me an add for hearing aids from Elite Hearing , so l made an appointment. Just knowing that it was a waste of time, l did it anyway . 3 weeks later , l LOVE my hearing aids. I was so wrong , and I don’t mind saying so and I absolutely love the staff . Robert is understanding , and l love going to see him . Brittney is very helpful , and she keeps Joe entertained while I am getting my hearing aids looked at . Thumbs up 👍

Both Dr. Pena and Britany are exceptionally helpful. I got the best hearing aids and service that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I would highly recommend using them. They are the very best!

I highly recommend Storman D. Glass, H.A.S., of the Brunswick, Georgia office of Elite Hearing Aid Centers. He resolved a major problem my husband was having with his hearing aids. He did this with skill, competence, and compassion. He seemed to actually care about his patients!

I have NEVER received service anywhere near the caliber of service I received from Elite Hearing Center in Mt. Pleasant, SC yesterday. Michael Beasley is responsible. From the moment I entered until I left hours later, he not only performed flawlessly with my examination, testing, and programming, but took the time to explain everything in non-technical language that I easily understood. I received a patient version of a "Doctor of Audiology" education from a wise and patient man. He exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Seriously, I've written a few reviews over the years, but this one demands my highest praise.
