Great doctor. I was uncertain about my current ophthalmologist so my primary doctor recommended Dr. Agritellis. So glad he did. He discovered close angle glaucoma which could have caused sudden blindness. He did a laser procedure within days. My prior ophthalmologist have overlooked this or didn't have the equipment to test for it. Dr. Agritellis is patient and thorough in explaining things. He's also quite personable.

Almost 2 years ago, unsure of my current Ophthalmologist, my primary doctor recommended Dr. Agritellis. At my first visit, he discovered that I had close angle glaucoma, something that put me at high risk without warning for sudden blindness. Dr. Agritellis treated it with a laser procedure within days. My old Ophthalmologist only ever said I was a glaucoma suspect and he would watch it every 6 months. He never found the close angle version that was so dangerous. Needless to say, I had my records transferred from my old Ophthalmologist to Dr. Agritellis immediately. I'm happy I made the change. Dr. Agritellis is extremely thorough, very personable, and very willing to explain (and even diagram) the medical details. So glad I switched to him.

I love Dr. Agritellis so much. He not only answers my questions, he explains things, and very thoroughly. He draws me pictures and shares his computer screen...I always feel like I've been to school after an appointment, but in a good way! He's also a very nice guy and so easy to talk to. Dr. A is what every doctor SHOULD be.

Dr. Agritellis is a great doctor! I've been seeing him for at least 15 years. He knows if a patient is going to have something weird, it's me. He's very open minded, willing to think outside the box, and uses his critical-thinking skills. I absolutely love him and his attitude. He's wonderful!

He is one of the most competent ophthalmologists around who really knows his stuff and has a good bedside manner to boot! I have blepharitis, chronic dry eyes and have to be watched for macular degeneration and I know I am in good hands with him. He also chose the art and calming videos of nature which really enhance office visits instead of the usual negative "breaking news" you see at some offices.

Amazing visit! I have never had such a thorough eye exam before. Everyone was professional and polite and definitely knew what they were doing.

My experience with Dr. Agritellis has been nothing but positive. He is extremely kind, he has a very warm personality, and he explains everything exquisitely well. The annual eye exams could not be more thorough. His office is bright, clean, and his equipment is the most state of the art you will find anywhere. If you are kept waiting it is because he never rushes me and it is safe to assume he treats everyone as nicely as he treats me, my husband, and my friends to go to him for their eye care.

Dr. Agritellis treated my severe eye infection with expert care. I had the misfortune of going to several eye specialists, and my eyes continued to worsen, after trying countless prescriptions. It was very frightening. My PHD medical friend recommended Dr. Agritellis who took control and completely cured my eyes.
