Sometimes the most important part of your medical experience is the bedside manner of the professionals. Dr. Doug has been an all-star with my younger son, who was extremely apprehensive and even angry about receiving orthodontic treatment. Dr. Doug did not rush my son; he gave him time, he encouraged him, and always maintained a gentle sense of humor while doing so. I think he relates so well to such a wide array of patients, including the difficult ones like mine! I was also so incredibly touched by his assistant, Ms. Bruna, who exhibited an astronomical amount of patience and encouragement. She pulled out all the stops to show my son exactly what would happen when he got his palate expander put in, and walked him through each step so professionally. I'm very grateful to Dr. Doug and his team.

Dr. Doug and Dr.Ellis are the best orthodontists. As an adult, I've had the pleasure of them straightening my teeth with Invisalign a few years back, and my teeth still look amazing. Both my kids have had braces done with both orthodontists. Both Dr.Doug and Dr. Ellis are highly skilled and professional and they always have the happiest of demeanors. I've referred several friends and family to this practice and everyone is super satisfied about it. The office wait time is never more than a few minutes and the office is very good about communicating with reminders about appointments. I definitely would recommend this practice for both children and adults.
