Treated very kindly and Dr. Blend was amazing knowledgeable and explaining everything to me so I could understand. All gave excellent care and I want to thank them for helping me.

I was met at the door of the hospital by someone checking my temperature and asking all the correct coronavirus questions. I was then tagged with an approved sticker and provided a second mask.I was given perfect directions on how to reach the desired suite and was greeted in less than 2 minutes by the medical staff. I was preregistered so I only had to answer a few health questions and sign the consent forms.The exam process was efficient but the medical technician was informative and friendly. I was done in less than 10 minutes and on my way for the rest of my day.I have used a diagnostic center in the area in the past. I will not do that again. This was a completely and much better experience. Thank you Blake Hospital.Second visit to Blake Hospital this time my husband had outpatient surgery. Zero issues. Attentive and skilled nursing anesthesia discharge instructions...Only one thing on the wish list the OR waiting room is large and was empty early in the AM. Would have been nice if there was a couch or a couple of chairs without arms to stretch out on. After arriving at 530 AM a place to nap while waiting would have been the best. Each waiting room chair has nonmovable arms so no way to get comfortable... but then again that may be an artifact of covid keeping people separated.... EXCELLENT experience from check in to discharge

Went in with facial paralysis and was diagnosed with in the hour of Bell’s palsy and prescribed the best possible meds. The entire staff was compassionate and friendly. I was in and out in an hour and half. Very happy with my visit.

If I could give negative stars I would. My grandmother passed away the day after Thanksgiving due to well documented and admitted medical error. ZERO service recovery or apologies was given by staff or administrators. My grandmother was an employee of Blake Medical Center for 20 years...for them to treat an employee the way they did I FEAR how they’d treat others. My grandmother was surrounded by my family who all happen to be RN’s and one MD also employed by Blake and numerous medical errors were still made which lead to her demise. Blake was “the” hospital to be at at one point and now it’s the last place I’d ever recommend to ANYONE...it has completely gone downhill and the lack of empathy and lack of expertise and competence has significantly decreased and is actually quite scary.

Great experience so far. My bf was admitted a few days ago and he is currently having a procedure done. The older gentleman in the outpatient waiting area was EXTREMELY hospitable. He checked on me several times to make sure I didnt need anything as I waited. His friendliness really made me happy which is why I decided to make this review. I would definitely recommend Blake hospital to those with emergencies.

All the ladies in the Center for Breast Health were amazing Very polite and mammogram was painless and done quickly. Ladies there is absolutely no reason not to have your annual mammogram Outstanding

I have no complaints everybody was as nice and pleasant as i could have asked for. Real class act.

The easiest preregistration and the medical Staff that took care of everything in the breast center were AWESOME

Blake medical Center personnel were efficient speedy and thoroughly helpful.
