I highly recommend Dr. He. I came to her for help with autoimmune diseases and treating my symptoms of strong fatigue. We also improved my depression/anxiety. I went to her weekly for about 4 weeks before I noticed a big change, and then we reduced frequency of appointments. Treatment consisted of acupuncture and TCM in pill form. She is very kind, patient, and listens to your concerns. Clean office space and she genuinely cares about your wellbeing!

This has definitely been a long overdue review. Where do I even begin. First off, that it's been an amazing experience and I highly would recommend Dr. He. I've been seeing Dr.He for 3 months now for some discomfort / pain under my left shoulder blade. My primary care couldn't figure it out, I had an MRI and even saw a Neurosurgeon and no one had an answer for me. The pain eventually radiated down my left arm and across my chest which landed me in the ER thinking it was something more serious. Long story short, I started seeing Dr. He and WOW has it made a difference. We started off with weekly visits because it was just that bad and I have since been able to do every other week now and it has gotten so much better. Side note, me and my husband have been trying to conceive for a few years now without success...we decided that we'd start looking into help and I had mentioned this to Dr.He. We decided we'd start treatment for fertility when my shoulder got better. Needless to say, we no longer will need to start fertility treatments =) I truly believe that since starting acupuncture with Dr.He, it has definitely made an impact.

I have known Dr. Helen for 15 years. She has successfully treated me and my family for many issues over that time. Issues include: IBS/colitis, knee pain, warts, depression, fatitue & stress. Dr. Helen is excellent! I highly recommend her.

I've seen Dr. He for over a decade and am beyond thankful for her effective acupuncture treatments. In addition to knowing where to administer the needles for the best health benefits, she is patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. (I should let you know I don't like needles and Dr. He helps me feel relaxed and comfortable.) Over the years, Dr. He has helped me and my family, which includes my parents and children, heal injuries, build our immune system, fight allergies and infection, and balance our hormones. She has helped me personally with fertility of my fourth child, as well as managing my stress so I can enjoy deeper sleep, renewed energy, better digestion, and healthier skin. She even played a significant role in helping me grieve and heal from the loss of my 3 year old nephew. I always feel at peace during and after my acupuncture sessions. Our family is so grateful for Dr. He! Thank you, Dr. He, for helping me de-stress, re-energize, and truly relish this gift we call life!

I’ve been seeing Dr. He for many years. Many of times when my primary care doctor cannot help me, I would go to Dr. He and after 1 or 2 acupuncture sessions, my symptoms will hugely improved or gone. Dr. He also help me to keep my body in great health condition so we can successfully got pregnant and she will help to constantly monitor both me and the baby’s health. It gives me extra comforting besides my OB visits.

I went to doctor Tang for plantar fasciitis in both of my feet. After the third session my feet are feeling much better and with much less pain, something that conventional western medicine couldn't come closet to. Treatments are pleasant and relaxing and the doctor is nice and friendly. I can highly recommend her practice!

I suffered with neck and upper back pain for months. I started with a chiropractor for a month, three times a week which only help a little. Two weeks ago, I was seen by Dr. He and explained to me that I should try both accupuncture and Chinese herb medicine. I'm happy I did. My anxiety and stress caused my body's pain. As for this writing, I have seen her three times for accupuncture and started the Chinese medicine too. My pain is down 90% and my anxiety/stress is a lot more controlled. I started exercising and will go back running half-maraton. Thank you Dr. He. Update: After the fourth week, I felt a lot better. No more neck and back pains. My anxiety and sterss are so minimal. I have more energy at work in the morning because I sleep better. I just did my first 5k run in Golden Gate Half Marathon last weekend.

Dr. He has done a fantastic job improving my skin. I got great results from the first visit!

Dr. Helen He is my favorite acupuncturist, she is gentle and patient, every visit is pleasant. I had a cold a week before my summer vacation, which was my only vacation in last two years due to pandemic. Cold symptom was gone fast, but I kept dry coughing when walking, talking or even taking a deep breath. I was afraid that it would ruin my vacation, I visited Dr. He, after acupuncture, she prescribes some herbal medicine. After taking medicine for 2 days, I could deep breath and talk normally, after another 2 days, I was able to walk on treadmill, no coughing anymore. And of course I had a great vacation. During the visit, through pulse diagnosis, Dr. He noticed that I started to have some early menopause symptom, now I visit her every three weeks which helps mitigating the symptom, my sleep improves a lot. Thank you, Dr. He!

Here are my comments, you might be able to use them in a different way: “I was diagnosed with Frozen Shoulder by my physician. I had terrible pain in my shoulder radiating up my neck and down my arm. I could barely use my arm. After trying physical therapy and getting tired of feeding myself painkiller pills, I decided to try acupuncture. Dr. He is wonderful. After few visits the terrible pain went away. After 10 visits I got my mobility back. I recommend to try acupuncture with Dr. Helen He when the pain starts.” I am sorry about messing up the appointment. You are write, the last time I saw you was May 19.
