If you’re thinking about coming here, DO IT! You will not regret it. I had the most amazing experience coming here and I want to encourage you to do so aswell. The moment you walk through the door you are welcomed by the most lovely receptionists. It was my first time doing acupuncture and I was so nervous, I didn’t know what to expect - I just knew I needed some relief on my back pain. Dr. Shaheed Abdullah, treated me with such kindness during the visit, he is incredibly knowledgeable! He took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing, which I really appreciated. When he inserted the first needle, I was expecting it to hurt and to my surprise it did NOT even hurt. Dr. Shaheed was so gentle and really listened to my needs. During the acupuncture session, I was SO relaxed that I actually fell asleep!!! The room was so cozy, and it smelled so good - some type of herbal essence. All of the staff were truly welcoming and friendly I will definitely be coming back!

Dr. Shaheed Abdullah L.A.C is an outstanding professional and healer. Most importantly his effective treatments work He has aided me in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle in my senior years. When life's circumstances effect my senior body Dr. Shaheed Abdullah L.A.C is the first person I consult with for the remedy. Was recommended to see Dr Han but she gets pretty booked up so I booked with Dr Cindy. She is the sweetest. Super friendly, patient, asks good questions to figure out how to help you. Even the person working the front desk is sooo friendly, kind and helpful. I like how they give you a bell or button to push in case you need help while you're resting with the needles. Not that I ever had to call for help but it's very thoughtful. I would definitely recommend.

As a retired Navy Veteran I find the most relaxing and rewarding experience from Essential Health Acupuncture. Taking the time to meditate during my pain-management treatments sessions provides an opportunity to seek mindfulness in the solitude of the moment. Namaste!!!

I wish I had gone to see Shaheed Abdullah years ago. I had nerve damage in my face and after a couple visits the muscles that haven't moved in 45 years are! My smile is practically simetrical and my eyelid closes completely! I feel so blessed to have met Shaheed Abdullah .

I highly recommend Shant Baboujain at Essential acupuncture. I had intense pain from a shingles outbreak and i went to Shant. He was caring and listened to my complaints and explained every thing to me before he needled me. I am a retired nurse and i greatly appreciated the care and concern for my well being during the process. I highly recommend this young man for any of your acupuncture needs.
