I came here for ringing in my ear and had a very positive experience. All other doctors were booking a month out, and I got in here the next day! The receptionist was very kind and polite. I do not remember the nurses name, but she was so kind and sweet to me. She went above and beyond to help me and showed a lot of compassion. The doctor was also very nice and prescribed me medicine to help. I left here extremely satisfied and I look forward to my future appointments here.

Just had a great experience here as a new patient. All of my concerns were listened to with care and evaluated appropriately. Dr. Driskill was kind, patient, and understanding. I would highly recommend this office for any ENT concerns/issues.

I sought medical attention due to persistent congestion over the past six months. After consulting with Dr. Donaldson and undergoing a CT scan, he diagnosed me with a deviated septum. Dr. Donaldson suggested a Turbinate Reduction as an initial, less invasive approach to address my symptoms before considering more extensive procedures. One-month post-procedure, I am delighted with the results. Despite some discomfort during the procedure, the entire process took only 30 minutes, and the recovery was painless. I now experience improved breathing through both nostrils, enhanced sense of smell, and, I believe, improved hearing. The result was far better than I hoped for. I highly recommend Dr. Donaldson based on my positive experience.

Mad respect to Dr. Donaldson and his staff for taking excellent care of me throughout my nose surgery this past June. Healing and recovery was challenging, but it was nice to know I had a knowledgeable team to assist me during the process. I’m breathing better than ever, and I can’t thank everyone enough for their support.

I had a septoplasty by Dr Driskill and he removed my nasal polyps and air bubble in my nose. My whole life I have been unable to breathe well through one side of my nose, and I was getting sinus infections about 10-15 times a year. It was miserable. I had spent the last 10 years trying to fix these issues, and was continuously told that my symptoms were only allergy related and there was nothing I can do. I always knew I had a very bad sense of smell, but until after seeing Dr Driskill and having my procedure, I had no idea just how much it had affected me. He and his team walked me through the process and were there for me each step. I am about a week out from my procedure, and I am so overcome with emotion. I have never in my life been able to smell or taste quite like this. Smells are 10x stronger and more beautiful than I could have even imagined they would be. I had no idea what I was missing out on, I could hardly have smelled anything before, even if it was right in front of me! I also can breathe through both sides of my nose for the first time in a very long time, possibly ever. I am so grateful for everyone at Hillcrest ENT and the genuine care they have for their patients and their desire to improve the quality of life of those in their community. I have never felt so happy with a healthcare experience before. Everyone in this office is amazing, Dr Driskill and his entire team are so caring and the best at what they do. The front desk staff are incredibly kind, so are all the assistants and nurses and the PA shadowing Dr Driskill. I cannot thank them enough for everything that they have done, and I am so excited to continue through my life smelling all the new things around me, and hopefully ridding my future of sinus infections! Dr. Donaldson and staff are terrific! I had two appointments a month apart for tinnitus & vertigo. After going through the various testing to check things out I am on a prescription that has helped me immensely. I am very very grateful.

What a great office! From the Dr to the technician to all of the staff. It is so nice to feel cared about. I was not a name in a page and a dollar in the ledger. The Dr was concerned and caring.
