Hoag Urgent Care & Family Medicine - Irvine Los Olivos

Beginning to end a confident and pleasant experience. Front desk to medical check in to medical practitioner all were excellent. Better I might add than my family physician's office and I have gone there for years!

The family doctor is great and his attention to the details make the patient feel calm and safe. No crowded and very clean, everything looks great and organized

a huge THANK YOU to all the staff at this Hoag Urgent care. I came in with the most intense shoulder pain, and they had me in a waiting room before I could even finish my paperwork. They really showed great care and concern. From the beautiful front desk girls, the x-ray tech who made the process so quick and seamless, and the doctor who showed she really cared about what i was going through. it's scary when you're not sure what kind of people are going to look after you, but I would be back in this office in a heartbeat if I needed them. They were all a fantastic team! Thank you all for helping me minimize my pain and getting me to the next step.

Great experience at a stressful time in my life. The expected wait time was 0-10 minutes, although it went up to 20-30 minutes by the time I got there. I was second in the office but was helped promptly and the check-in process was super simple. Went for a suspected UTI, got baseline health stats, a urine test, prescription, and was sent on my way within an hour, probably even less. James, the PA, was knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and took the time to explain my test results and try to figure out the cause of my symptoms. All of the staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend going to this location even if it's a bit out of the way.

This is my go to urgent care for myself and my whole family. I've always gotten great service and they are really lovely. I came in today because symptoms of bronchitis were still not gone and I felt like I was getting worse and I can't tell you how thankful I am that I went in and I'm on my way hopefully to feel better.

Excellent care. No wait time. Efficient check-in. Clean facility. Staff was friendly James was my PA. He is very knowledgeable and has great communication skills. I appreciated that he understood my medical situation and spoke to it with compassion. He also did appropriate testing. His understanding and care will stay with me and help me get through some medical challenges that I'm faced with right now. Big thanks to James
