Loved it! Great for athletic recovery

First time doing Cryotherapy. I amazing!!!

The staff here is great! I’m here about 5 times a week in the ice box for recovery. Between the gym and my daily work schedule. This keeps me active, pain free and has improved my sleep. Highly recommended

Second time here & I love it!! The staff was extremely nice & attentive. The atmosphere was very calming & had a good vibe. I’ve never tried cryotherapy or compression therapy and the staff explained everything thoroughly & put whatever concerns I may have had to ease. I will definitely be back soon!!!

Ask for Mackinsey the esthetician!! I got a facial by her and she was great and really educated me on my skin and everything she was doing on me. Will definitely come back for another facial I like my results already after just one facial!

The staff was pleasant and encouraging. The comfortability of the Icebox itself was great especially in size. Felt good to move around and feel that coldness all-over and not be confined to a set position. Sad it is tucked away in a corner the Icebox location but glad I went and will return. I wish I could give more stars!!! I came in and was greeted by Aaliyah. She had a beautiful smile and a super positive attitude! She assisted me through my first session which was fantastic and relieved my neck pain. I felt a burst of energy after I left. Definitely getting a membership!

The ladies who work here are so sweet and after a quick freeze right there to offer you tea and some encouraging words.

They are wonderful to deal with. Higly recommend them.
