Five starts is not enough, I would give it 10 stars! My son has Cerebral Palsy and Autistic Characteristics, and his speech therapist, Kylie, is amazing with him. He really loves her and she's such a patient, sweet person. He was going to a different place before and I didn't like the way he was getting his therapy so I decided to find another place. I checked this place out and all the 5 star comments are on point! They're all amazing people with a big heart to help children. The receptionist (don't know her name but with the short, black hair) is also just as sweet! I told her my son needed a later therapy time and she said she would keep a look out.. she called me the next day with a solution.. these people go above and beyond, I can't stop saying nice things about them. I would highly recommend this place to anyoneAs for the $40 fee, it's understandable. It's aBusiness people. They give you the first2 call-outs free but would have to pay a $40 fee if you don't call within 24 hours to cancel. I don't mind because EVERY business has rules and those 24 hours allows them to find another kid to fill that slot. I find it petty when people complain about this. I would rather pay the $40 anytime to make sure my son is getting the help and attention he needs. It's VERY difficult to find good therapists out there. Just saying
