I would say this is the best eye doctor and clinic I've ever been. Dr. Nguyen and staffs are such sweethearts. I started going to this clinic since April this year since I'm pretty new to the Bay area. I always had a great experience every time I come in, no complaints at all! Staffs are always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Nguyen is very competent and knowledgeable to what she's doing. I'm very grateful that she's taking good care of me. She takes her time and informative, she goes in details when she is trying to explain stuff. You can tell that their # 1 priority is patient's safety and satisfaction. Got my vision correction in June from a different provider and I still see Dr. Nguyen for all my post ops and other medical visits. I had so many complications after my surgery but I'm so grateful to have a doctor who I can trust so I can recover and heal faster.

Very kind workers! I'm not sure why there are so many "bad reviews" about the doors being locked and everything. In my experience they reminded me to call to be let in multiple times. I feel safer that the door is locked too cause on my way over I heard two homeless people fighting and yelling so it makes sense for their doors to be locked. Besides that everything was great from the eye exam to picking my glasses. I have a hard time picking glasses cause of my bad self esteem and the lady that helped me pick them out made me feel so confident. Very happy with this experience :)

I picked up my glasses today! I love them. This was my first time here. I will defiantly be back! I am very picky, and I have trouble picking frames. Natalie was very patient with all my needs. She listened to what I wanted and delivered just that. They had a nice selection of frames and reasonably priced. I will be back. Thank you Natalie and Image eyecare!

I have a 5 year old who was very grumpy & not willing to participate in anything. The staff there was amazing! Her optometrist got her through the eye exam & eye dilation. She was very sweet & understanding. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends & family. ❤️
