Very friendly and helpful staff. It was a good experience and My MRI was right on the scheduled time.

This was my first experience receiving a CT scan and I was very happy with the professionalism and caring displayed by the staff I came into contact with. The staff at the front desk were friendly and the woman giving me the IV (Gabby) did a great job, I didn't feel a thing. Leigh administered my CT scan and I can't say enough nice things about her 'method' of helping to put one at ease. She gave a thorough explanation of what the procedure would entail and then chatted away keeping my attention focused on what she was saying about what I may feel with the contrast part of the procedure.

The front desk employees Mz. Julie G, Mz Jessica M, Mz Angela are the best cause I was so scared. They made me feel real comfortable and to stay because I was about to leave. They were very helpful and friendly. If I had to do it all over again I would. Even the techs were real friendly and talked me through the whole process and was by my side through it all. Great customer service and they really take pride in their job as well as the patients.

Image care goes above and beyond for their patients. They make you feel like family and that you are in good hands. By far my favorite place to have had imaging. The staff(from front desk to tech) is kind and compassionate.

I had an appointment on Saturday and they were able to see me 30 minutes before my appointment time. Chesley was my technician and was very professional and efficient. Jeanette in the office was very professional and cheerful.
