Overall, wonderful staff and very efficient. The facility is clean and the parking was a non-issue. If I did have any critique, it’s that booking an appointment as a new client was not the smoothest - because it’s all done through email and no phone communication, there are some delays, attachments that don’t attach, messages that get sent more than once, etc. But it’s a small critique compared to the appointment itself. I didn’t feel rushed, I had all my questions answered, and I was walked through everything, even when it came to booking future appointments and what I could expect out of pocket. This was my first time, but I had a wonderful experience and felt comfortable. I’ll continue to come back for any dermatology needs.

Dr. Kaminska is very thorough - yet quick. I was taken into an examination room on time. Very soothing and professional environment in the entire office.

The office is clean, receptionist was very polite. Appointment was right on the dot, if I may say so, I got there early and was seen earlier than my appointment. The assistant and Dr. Hannah Block were very polite and understandable. Dr. Block took the time to explain my condition and what next steps to take next. If I need to see them, I would go back. Hopefully I don't, but I do really recommend them.

Jordan is awesome! She really knows skin! I’ve been seeing her for 3 months now and since seeing her my overall skin texture and tone has improved tremendously.

I see Hannah Block and I am a needy patient for sure bc I have sensitive skin and cosmetic needs. She is so great every time. Very friendly, very informative, very helpful. 100% recommend this place. Especially if you are like me and are a female provider only patient. My boyfriend has been here too and got good service so either way a comfortable experience.
