I want to personally thank Dr. Contractor, Leslie, Belinda, Elaiza, and Shawanna for not just an absolutely flawless procedure, but an amazing experience that confirmed for me that I had chosen a world-class clinic. This was not my first procedure and this time around I wanted to put the time into interviewing all of the top clinics and doing my due diligence with care. What initially drew me to Keeps was the idea that a company this large could hire anyone in the world for their staff. They had already done the homework and hired the best. Still, I wanted to be thorough so they were one of many teams I met with. In the end, though, their knowledge, confidence, willingness to work toward my goals, and true honesty were what closed the deal for me.When it came time for my FUE procedure, I was greeted with what I can only describe as a luxury experience mixed with a level of familiarity and care that you would expect from people that truly care about you on a personal level. Dr. Contractor oversaw every part of my procedure, Leslie kept me in good spirits with not just her expertise but her wonderful positivity, and Belinda, Elaiza, and Shawanna made me look like an absolute rockstar. We listened to music together during the procedure and even caught a few episodes of Seinfeld during the implantation process after lunch. Every piece of the process was well thought out, prepared with precision, and done with the utmost care. Keeps even covered the cost of a hotel across from the clinic for me so the morning of the procedure would be as smooth as possible. That's incredible to me. During my aftercare, I happened to have a question during the off hours of a holiday weekend so I sent an email assuming I'd hear back the next day. Dr. Contractor called me personally that same day. That's the level of care they have for you.If you are looking for a doctor to help you with your hair loss or even just beginning the process of discovering your options, visiting Keeps is an absolute must. I can't recommend them enough. My hair hopes I never need to visit the office again, but if I do, I truly won't mind. Dr. Contractor and company are the best in the world for a reason.

Bottom Line Up Front: I had a great experience with hair restoration at Keeps in NYC!Let me tell you why: the Team. Led by Dr. Farhan Contractor, this group of individuals is top-notch and professional all the way. It's not just one person. It's not just the doctor. It's not just "reach us during business hours." There was always a human being on the other end. They were always available for contact, in the evenings and on weekends. They went out of their way to field any question and to provide answers. When I had a hiccup with arranging financing, they took charge and got it fixed. This is a level of service that makes you take notice. I'm so glad I chose Keeps. I would do it again without hesitation. Now a few details. The Keeps office is in a great location. I live out of state, but close enough to drive. If you've never been to NYC, consider coming a day or two before the procedure and enjoying what the city has to offer. If you're short on time, come and spend the night in the complimentary hotel room the Team reserves for you. It is literally right across the street from the Keeps facility. In the morning, wake up, eat a little breakfast, and walk less than 50 yards into the lobby of the building. There you will be met by someone from the Team and taken upstairs. Once there, you'll get an overview of how the day is going to proceed. If you were accompanied on your trip by a family member or friend, you'll be able to provide a phone number and that person will be invited to come in for lunch! Following a few pictures to remember how you "used to look", you'll be taken into the procedure room to meet with Dr. Contractor and the rest of the Team. You'll discuss your new hairline and the definitive plan will be drawn up. Then the procedure begins. After a sedative to help you relax, the injections are given to numb your scalp. They said this would be the most painful portion of the day. I personally experienced virtually no discomfort at all. Some pin pricks; that was it for me. What I enjoyed most was the scalp massager used to disguise them. If you've endured the dreaded dentist's chair, this is 1000 times easier. In fact, in some ways, it felt like my own personal day at the spa. And to think that the result of it would be to eventually have my hair back, what could be better?!I received 2200 grafts. That's apparently a lot. But from the extraction at the donor area to implanting them in my scalp, the virtually pain-free procedure lasted only about 6 hours, and with a lunch that they ordered for me in between! It honestly felt like half that period of time. When it was over, Dr. Contractor and the Team gave me printed-out, easy-to-follow, step-by-step post-op instructions. They provided me with a bag containing everything I needed; no trips to the pharmacy or store. Any concerns I had were taken care of. They treated me like a family member. By mid-afternoon, with my daughter driving, I was in the car for the 3.5 hour drive home. As we got close, I got an email from a member of the Team, asking how I was feeling. Incredible service for their clients! By mid-morning the next day, Dr. Contractor called to check in on me. There are more details I could share to talk about my wonderful FUE experience at Keeps in NYC; if I were to write more, however, you'd probably stop reading. In summary, Dr. Contractor and his Team are clearly experts at what they do, and they take very seriously their commitment to make you look the best they can. If you want the highest quality result you can get with the best service to the client possible (I don't say "customer service" because this is above that), then don't look any further. First of all, I would like to thank Dr. Contractor and his team for the amazing service they have provided when I went to their facility. They have made sure to be straightforward about the procedure and set realistic goals on what I wanted. The procedure went VERY smoothly. The injections are painful, however, the team has made sure to keep me comfortable at all times. I was so comfortable, I fell asleep during the procedure. The doctor and the team were amazing. They got me Chick-fil-A for lunch, just saying. I hate going to the doctor, however, this clinic has an friendly and fun vibe. Definitely recommend people doing their FUE transplant here.

Just had my FUE procedure here a few days ago and the experience was great. The doctor, assistants, and staff were all super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I can't wait for my new hair! 10/10 would recommend

I don’t have any results to show yet as my procedure was only a couple days ago. But if you’re on the fence about where to get an FUE hair transplant this is the place. From the initial consult to the actual procedure everything was smooth. I went through at least 5 other consults before keeps none of which really felt right. I’ve been a keeps customer for almost a year and had some decent results from that so when I found out they were doing transplants I was excited. and i think the fin/min got me as far as it could but i wanted more. it probably at the very least saved me some money for the transplant. the whole experience started with Kody who was very nice and professional, then an initial consult with Johnny who was wonderful. So it all started out in a positive light. When others fell short. I wasn’t nervous about the procedure because I felt everything was communicated so well ahead of time. And then everyone from Wrayana who went above and beyond on coordinating everything to Dr Contractor’s personality and want to get me what I wanted made me feel really at ease. And the rest of the care team was top notch. They communicated everything and were so friendly, I send virtual hugs to all of them! And they had good things to say about Dr Contractor, compared to others they’ve worked with, which I felt meant a lot. I felt like I got the A team with them. And everything seemed to be the best technology. The building was easy to find. The operating room was clean and comfortable. I really can’t gush any more positivity on this team or the experience. Just fantastic! The procedure was about the pain level of a tattoo but only for the application of the local anaesthesia and afterwards I haven’t felt any pain at all. If you’re going to site see in nyc at all do it before the procedure would be my only other advice. I felt super protective afterwards of the implants and kinda just wanted to get home. Thanks <3

Dr Farhan Contractor and the entire Keeps Hair Restoration Studio in NYC is the best of the best at getting your coif back on track. Miracle workers these people are. If you’re reading this review then you’re considering a hair transplant or more specifically, Follicle Unit Extraction (FUE) and the Keeps Restoration Studio. Absolutely do it. Like now, call them now. It’s your hair, it’s permanent, it’s 100% natural looking, and it’s not expensive at all. The procedure uses scifi technology you wouldn’t believe and the medical/admin staff are like the A Team of getting your hair back. Only thing you’ll regret is not knowing this place existed sooner. Seamless logistical planning by them and no post op downtime make the entire experience a breeze. This place was excellent! Pre-procedure: I had my consultation with John who was super nice and was able to quote me in like 10 min! He also followed up post to make sure I was doing well, never had someone from sales follow up post sale before so that definitely deserves a shout out! 🙌 The night before they booked me a hotel across the street so I could get there easily in the morning. They paid for the hotel (or it's baked into the cost of the procedure) but either way so nice! The day of, I got there and from the moment I walked in everyone was so accommodating and kind. They gave me a run down of the whole process, what happens, and which team member was going to be responsible for which activity. Dr. Contractor was the one in charge of my procedure but every single person on the team was constantly checking in and engaging through the whole process. I am an anxious person so having everyone be very hands on and communicative made this a 10/10 for me! Everything about the experience made me (a super anxious person in clinical settings) feel taken care of and at ease. Also I turned peaky blinders on during the process and, to be honest, just choose a chill show. Not a murder-y loud, exploding show with quiet dialgue.. The post op is written very clearly and was easy to follow. Not much to say here except that post op for almost anything is tedious but worth it!

I was really nervous to get this procedure. I was nervous about the results, about the procedure, and the after care. I interviewed about a dozen different doctors before I settled on Dr. Farhan and his Keeps Restoration team, and I almost didn't do it altogether. But Dr. Farhan and his genuinely amazing staff were so very warm, caring, and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions with compassion and assuaged all of my concerns. I'm now 1 week and a half post-op, and I've now asked my main point of contact only 5 million questions... a bit better than the 10 million I expected to have lol. He was not only incredibly fast to respond to each one, but he was also patient, friendly and honest. During the procedure itself, the assistants were warm and fun, and set me at complete ease. It was a genuinely wonderful experience. The level of excellence and compassionate professionalism of the entire staff was truly exceptional and unexpected.
