Light Dental Studios of Puyallup

I don’t know where to start, Dr Gupta and assistant Jenna are AMAZING! I have never had such a pleasant experience (and my mother is in the field) don’t tell her!hahaha but I had a miserable experience at gentle dental after a filling had fallen out. Then a friend recommended the practice so I came in without a appt and to my surprise was met by very genuinely nice people at the desk and the two best people I could have asked for to fix my tooth. They both had a great sense of humor and I felt literally NOTHING! Not the novocain none of the work nor was I sore when everything wore off! Dr Gupta and Jenna were very efficient clean and pay very close attention to detail. Never once did I feel debris in my mouth or even excess water then I was done in no time at all! They won my business for life I’d give ten stars if I could!! Thankyou guys you did not have to work me into your schedule but you did and I am truly grateful!

I lost a crown on Christmas wkend, able to get an appt quickly and we can save the tooth! Kyle and Sydney were professional , friendly and helpful, did X-rays and gave me a treatment plan! THNX to them both.

Everyone is so kind, beginning at the front desk. Today I saw Dr Mei. She was amazing. She asked me several times if I was doing ok. I appreciate that. Unfortunately I do not remember the nurse’s name but she was super nice also. Both of them are very knowledgeable. I will recommend Light Dental to everyone.

So my reviews of the business span from late May of 2020 to present. I rarely review on Yelp and find most people who do only complain. But Light Dental Studios deserves a review fitting of their professionalism, quality of work and empathy to those in need. First off I'm from New York state. I think we all can remember how some states completely shut down at the onset of Covid and New York led the way for that. So in April I developed two cavities at once that turned out to need a root canal in one tooth and both needed crowns. Of course I couldn't get anyone to see me in NY for over a month. A friend in Seattle mentioned Light Dental Studios and that they had many locations but all in Washington State. Upon contacting them they said they could get me in under emergency status but needed X-rays. It was like pulling teeth, pun intended... to get my previous dentist to simply go to his office and forward my X-rays. Within a week Light Dental Studios made a space for me and I was out there soon after. They spent almost 6 hours completing what their dentist said was a root canal so infected he was surprised I wasn't on pain killers and crowing both. The job on the root canal and the two crowns are still perfect. It was a great time to fly from NY to SeaTac as the planes were almost all empty so all in all great experience. So about three weeks ago eating popcorn I suddenly bit into a kernel, heard a crunch and at first thought I wedged the kernel in between my two back molars. In fact I chipped off about 1/4 of my tooth that was around an old filling from the 80's. At first I was going to have a crown made here in NY but thought maybe I'd give my saviors at Light Dental Studios a call. I found out that in the past 4 years they've invested in two cap fabricating technologies, 3-D and Cad Cam Milling. They said they could have me in and out in one afternoon...So I got an appointment. Flew out on a 3 day stay figuring there might be complications. Arrived at their office in Puyallup at 1pm and was walking out at 4pm. A complete cap on a rear molar and a cavity filled I didn't know I had. 3 hours. They fabricated the crown onsite. Incredible. I can fully recomend Light Dental Studios being a customer twice for rather extensive procedures. They're staff is very friendly by the way. My Dentist this past visit was Dr. Tami Trieu. A final note. While out on my first visit during the onset hysteria the dental assistant mentioned that they paid all employees during this period even though states were allowing layoffs... its this kind of business that we should all be lucky enough to have in our own towns. Being over 60 I'm guessing I'll need more work in the future and will have no problem getting on a plane and having it done there.

What can I say? Doesn't everybody want to have friendly confident people in your mouth. This is the place these folks Rock they'll take good care of you

Dr. Kyle and Amari we great! He listened to what I had to say and made me feel at ease. Very caring and understanding.

Dr Feider and Charlize made this girl feel safe and comfortable. After 3 temp Crown's and my need to complete the process next week, I ask for this same team to complete the task. I really was fearful and Dr Feider made sure I had every part of a say in the outcome. Loved how this team communicated while I was vulnerable to the outcome. TY
