Linden Oaks Behavioral Health - Naperville Main Inpatient Campus

I was on the EDP unit. The covid protocol was followed strictly. It was a small group. Staff cared so much for us and our Ed recovery and you could feel it! If you or a loved one need inpatient eating disorder treatment ID highly recommend! The psychiatrist (Dr. Ahmari) was phenomenal!! My dietician and therapist were great and truly set you up for success upon discharge to your next steps!!

I've been here many times and loved it, I get resistant to meds quite often so every now and then I need a stay to get my meds completely readjusted, but the care I get here is top notch and I am shocked by all these bad reviews. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone needing helpPs the food is amazing

I cannot say enough good things about this facility, only a minor bump in the roadI came to LOH in august after my 2nd suicide attempt. I’ve been battling depression/anxiety/PTSD for years and I finally got help. When I arrived, 3 staff members came up and they were kinda rude, I understand it was late at night but still, you need to be a little nicer to someone coming in in crisis.The nurse who did my intake was very rude. She was super condescending and made me feel ashamed at myself for what I had done.The rest of my stay was wonderful. All the staff was so caring and helpful and it was amazing to have 24 hour care. I got new diagnoses and got put on new medication. The groups and the support from my peers and the staff was so helpful to me. I’m so glad I went to linden oaks. If I didn’t, I wouldn’t be writing this today.

I’m surprised by the negative reviews. I was very happy with my treatment. We are all human and no one is perfect so it’s not the end of the world if a staff member has a rude moment but that was rare at this place.

Going to Linden Oaks was the best decision I ever made and truly saved my life. They have a fabulous program for emergency intervention and the partial hospitalization/outpatient therapy taught me so many tools that have radically changed my view on life.Because of this place I learned how change my mindset and turn off all the negative thoughts that had really made me miserable. They helped me work thru some extremely deep past traumas that had resulted in PTSD.Without Linden Oaks I truly believe I would not be here today.

Linden Oaks is amazing! I love all the staff at the Adolescent Unit! They are very kind, caring, and understanding. The place didn't feel like a hospital, but a home. They make group very fun and engaging. They also have a cafeteria with delicious food including a salad bar and soda machine. They have a nice gym with equipment and an outdoor yard to go to when the weather is nice. Expressive therapy is so much fun!! The facility is very clean and each room has its own bathroom. They have many board games, craft materials, and books to use during free time. This place helped me so so much. The staff are very hardworking and lovely and I wish them all the best.
