Dr. Bailey is a great plastic surgeon in Newport Beach, Ca! I had a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck, and the job he did was outstanding. There are no visible scars and the healing was no problem at all! I just found out he has his own Med Spa as well! Now I will try some of those services since it’s safer to get Botox from a board certified plastic surgeon than some others!

After losing a significant amount of weight, I decided I wanted a tummy tuck due to getting painful rashes under my stomach. Dr. Bailey made me feel so comfortable right off the bat. From my consultation to my post op check-ups I have had an amazing experience. Dr. Bailey really knows what he is doing. He is very patient and explains everything. I also feel like he truly cares about his patients. I am currently 7 months post op. This surgery has changed my life for the better. I am no longer in pain, and I also feel like I am so much more confident. Working out is so much easier, and so is shopping for clothes. If you are hesitating on going in for a consultation don't. Take the leap, you won't be disappointed. Dr. Bailey is truly the best of the best. Lastly, his staff has been so kind a patient as well. Whenever I had random questions after surgery, I would call them and they would patiently answer or consult with Dr. Bailey for me.

I got a rhinoplasty + septoplasty from Dr. Bailey and couldn't be happier! I can finally breathe and I feel much more confident now. He thoroughly answers my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process.

All healed! Dr. Bailey did an amazing job. I had two Mohs surgeries in Feb and Mar with a referral to Dr. Bailey to perform the Plastic surgery. One involved my eyebrow and the other my nose. As you can imagine, I was very apprehensive. After Dr. Bailey's surgery and healing, it's almost impossible to tell that I had surgery. The surgery far exceeded my expectations. My nose was more complex of the two and involved a skin graft. Again, Dr. Bailey's work far exceeded my expectations! I found that he is very knowledgeable and experience when it comes to the extremely delicate and critical skill of knowing how to precisely perform the surgery that will result in no scaring or minimum scaring possible. Dr. Bailey's work was impeccable and I would give him 10 Stars if possible! I had skin cancer on my chin. The dermatologist performed a moh procedure. I was completely bandaged and drove to Dr. Bailey's office to have the wound closed. I was shocked to see that almost all the flesh on my chin had been removed. I have always taken care of myself and was devastated. I was under local anesthesia and could hear Dr. Bailey calmly directing his assistant during the operation. Never did I think I would ever look attractive again. It's been a week and a half, I just had my stitches out and I can't believe the result. While I still have a bit of swelling and redness, I'm in disbelief. I've gone from having a large, cauterized hole for a chin to a perfectly formed chin that appears will have little or no visible scars. Dr. Bailey is masterful and operates with incredible precision. I can't imagine placing my face - or any other feature - in the hands of any other surgeon.

Dr Bailey is the very best plastic surgeon ever. He is so nice and kind and so professional. He is an amazing doctor with an amazing staff. I had to have a mole removed underneath my eye. I thought I'd have a scar. But I don't. Because he's that great. I would recommend him to everybody.
