If I could give 10 stars, I would! I have been going to Wendy and Dr. Platt for a few years now. They are so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I always feel very welcome and comfortable here. My concerns are always thoroughly addressed and my needs are always met. I won’t go anywhere else now that I’ve found Medical Aesthetics! And I’ve never looked better! :)

I love this place so much! Everyone is so nice and friendly and very informative. I’ve never once been “sold” on a service. If I inquire they give me information without pushing anything which is really refreshing. I can’t say enough good things about this establishment. I’m satisfied with my services every time. I am so happy with all my services received Medical Aesthetics of A2. Dr. Platt has performed microneedling on my face and plasma pen on my eye lids. Recently, Wendy microbladed my eyebrows and they look fantastic! Allowing someone to basically "tattoo" on my face took huge consideration on my part. After reviewing Wendy's portfolio, I decided she was the one destined to do it. I felt that every procedure was well explained, felt my comfort was top priority, clean and organized environment, with great music and amazing people.

I've had a great experience at every appointment I've had with Dr. Platt. He always explains everything and asks how I'm doing during the procedure. Excellent medical spa, I won't go anywhere else.

Dr Platt and Wendy gave me a wonderful experience. At my last visit to Medical Aesthetics of Ann Arbor I had Botox, Emscupt, and Threading. I felt like a new woman when all was done. I will be back for Botox and fillers for my daughters wedding. The team here are phenomenal at their jobs. I was nervous to have the Threading done and Dr Platt and Wendy made me well at ease. I would highly recommend both Dr Platt and Wendy.

Wonderful experience! Pleasant and peaceful decor, warm and welcoming staff. This was my first visit to a med spa so I didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Platt was amazing! He did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing, how it would feel and what results I would see. He made me feel very comfortable. I got the natural looking results that I was looking for.
