I flew out from New Jersey to Seattle to learn SMP with Minela from Scalpco. Academy. She is the best I know in the industry. During our three day course, she provided hand on practice and shared her knowledge in various topics regarding SMP and more. I’m going back home more confident and excited to put in practice what I leaned. I couldn’t ask for a better instructor because she is the best along with her sister Ayna.

Minela did a fantastic job with my SMP! I researched SMP and different artists for 2-3 years because I’m a bit of a perfectionist and really wanted a natural yet more of a lower youthful hairline. I’m really thankful for Minela because that’s exactly what she delivered. There’s a lot of other SMP artists out there making hairlines too dark, over worked, or simply make the hairline completely straight making it look not natural (these are pretty obvious and never looked right to me). So to find Minela who takes her time to do it naturally and build each layer with multiple sessions for a 3D effect is exactly what I wanted. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I just completed (3) sessions of SMP with Minela and she did an absolutely incredible job. She is so skilled, professional, efficient and just really knows what she is doing. I was actually somewhat cynical going into the experience and was indecisive as to whether I wanted the procedure. She provided me references and told me what to expect during the entire process and the outcome. Having finished the procedure the results are exactly as I was hoping for. SMP is a great procedure for those that are looking for a clean cut look. Definitely do your own research and make sure it feels right for you. However, if you have settled on the concept, highly recommend MM Seattle SMP as the execution & professionalism is spot on.
