Having access to an experienced group of certified specialist to help me improve my vegetarian habits have been invaluable. NYC nutritionist have helped me to improve my nutritional intake while addressing unwanted and unhealthy weight gain this past year. I have more energy, feel better, and understand more clearly what my body needs. I am grateful for the expertise and the accessibility to this professional group.

Update: I was able to connect with the office and they apologized, explained the oversight and have taken steps to streamline their booking system. I've subsequently had 2 appointments with Nikita, who has been incredibly helpful and responsive. I would recommend their services/counseling. ***************************** Impossible to get in contact with anyone at this office. No one picks up the phone, returns your voicemail or replies to email. Surprised to see so many positive reviews given I cannot seem to even get a response.

With two daughters and long days at work, my nutrition and exercise programs were put on hold. I was struggling with weight loss. The holistic nutritionists at NYC Nutritionist helped me find easy meal plans that revolved around my daily schedule and set me up with a food sensitivity test to pin-point problem foods and a great nutrition plan with my favorite flavors. They had surprisingly good quantities so I wouldn't feel hungry. Plus, my personal registered dietitian worked around my schedule. I, and my waistline, are grateful!

I wish I’d come to see a registered dietitian sooner. It is so nice to go to a place where I wasn’t being sold gimmicks or quick fixes. My certified nutritionist took the time to understand my goals, my eating history, my medical history -- a holistic nutrition approach. With just some behavior and eating modifications, this whole healthy eating and weight loss deal is achievable.
