It took me a long time to finally commit to going to therapy because I was worried I would not find a good therapist. But after searching all over Google and sifting through reviews I found some good reviews on Thrive Therapy and decided to go to Nides. I’ve been going to see Nides in Sandlake for a few months now and I feel super fortunate to have gotten the best therapist on the first try! Nides specializes in anxiety but is also great with other things. I literally look forward to our sessions every other week! Nides has done great things for my mental health and my relationship with my partner. If you’re even close to being on the fence about going to therapy, take the leap and go see Nides. You won’t regret it!
