I have been working with Coach Jacob at P4S Golf Fitness for about a month, and I am really starting to see a change in both my overall fitness levels and my approach to golf. Their model of golf performance is backed by the scientific method, the data from tens of thousands of golfers, and similar experience in similar (short-duration power and speed based) sports. In a nutshell, virtually everyone starts with the fundamentals of joint stability and mobility, followed by general athletic strength & power, then on to (golf swing) efficiency / dynamics, and finally actual golf performance (such as driver head speed, swing consistency, etc.).
