Earlier this year, I sought help from Dr. Simon for intense shoulder pain. The treatment plan he developed for me involved acupuncture and cupping. As time passed, my shoulder pain lessened, allowing me to become more attuned to the presence of stress and trauma stored elsewhere in my body. With Dr. Simon's guidance, I adopted a healthier routine that includes exercise, daily mindfulness meditation, and self-care. My journey towards healing began a decade ago with therapy and medication but I'm so grateful to stumble upon Pacific Acupuncture and to see how four months of treatment has profoundly improved my physical and mental well-being.

I started going to Dr Simon in February 2023 for back pain and a blocked fallopian tube. In January 2021, I lost my left tube due to an ectopic pregnancy and found out that my only surviving tube was blocked. I was told by two specialists that my only option was IVF. After doing some research I started taking some natural stuff at home and acupuncture with Dr Simon, he gave me some herbal supplements and recommended I lose some weight. After 7 sessions of acupuncture with Dr Simon 05/08/2023 my 7 weeks pregnancy was confirmed in my uterus, with healthy heart rate. Prior to my appointment with Dr. Simon I was experiencing, anxiety, interrupted sleep, exhaustion, and I was anemic. Dr. Simon did a combination of acupuncture and cupping, that left me feeling well rested and at ease. That night, I had one of the best sleeps of my life. He also prescribed some Chinese herbs to help my anemia and sent me home with guidelines to improve my diet and exercise routine. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Thank to him I am now on the path to better health.
