Very good medical service!!

My husband had surgery here today to repair a torn hamstring. He received exceptional service from Dr. Miller, Chelsea, Shelley and all of the staff! Thank you for taking care of us like family. ❤️

I had outpatient surgery here this morning 5/7/2024. And I have to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived to the time I left. The lady that drew my blood and did my ekg, super efficient, professional,,and that get it done attitude is admirable! Check in was efficient as I’ve seen. I’ve had over 10 surgeries at other places so I have experience with this subject. Chelsea and Shelly were the last two that cared for me. And as did the rest of team went above and beyond! Awesome experience! I hope I never see any of you again 😂. Thank you for the exceptional service!

I was in siskin last year. Park Ridge this year Your food is better here than p. T is just as good. I would choose to come here Even though sisken was good, parkridge is better.

It is with such delight to submit this review. My 86 year old mother was brought to the emergency room and was immediately attended to by Dr. Jolley. She was awesome! As well as the team working with her. Once my mother was admitted, she was placed on the 4th floor in room 465! All the nurses on all shifts were awesome, personal, and very attentive to my mom. Even the techs that drew her blood to the people that cleaned the room was awesome. Fourth floor; my sister and I are still sorry about pushing that nurse assistant button (smile). Thanks all of you for showing up! While in the hospital day two, we had to move down to the third floor (room 330) and the care only got better. The entire staff was awesome 👏. My heart is full based on your kindness and patience with my mom. Lastly, Dr. Gore, you are number 1 in my book! Thank you so much for your patience with my sister and I by helping us to understand my mom’s condition and talking to us like family. Now, I can’t leave out the best surgical team Dr. Grier and the thorough anesthesiologist Dr. Korrum. I apologize if I spelled your names wrong. I thank you all from the bottom to the top of my heart. My love for you all pours out. Again, thank you very much. My God continue to bless you all.

I came in late last night with strep throat. They were busy but the staff was SO nice and kind! I didn’t mind the wait because it was pleasant.

Hey y'all my daughter is in the SICU. The medical professionals in there are no less than awesome! So they gonna get an A+ for sure 😊

I never write reviews, but after my experience today at Parkridge Medical Center off McCallie Ave. I absolutely knew leaving that I had to get on here and leave a review bc the medical team in the emergency room assisting me today were AMAZING!!! I had a ring stuck on my finger after falling asleep with it on and my hands swelling in my sleep. I tried for 3 days to no avail and in pain. I walked in and soon as they saw it they put me at ease (me thinking i was a rare case but apparently not lol). After putting in my social they directed me to the "Rapid Care " seating area and within 10mins had it removed. I didn't have to fill out a bunch of paperwork before being seen and I had no wait time before getting relief. And this was the same care I saw exhibited to each patient there while I was there. I wish I had gotten the nurses name bc she was awesome as well, but my attending Physicians were Bryan Vance MD and Jason Bryan APRN :) These guys were AMAZING and I will never choose another facility in the future!! Thank you!!

5 stars is for the surgery staff ONLY! Sept 2022 I had total hip replacement. Returned to my day surgery room, the nurse sat me in a chair and took my bed. No one made sure I could walk, no going to the bathroom, no vital signs were taken. The pain was extreme! The day surgery nurse finally came in with discharge to home papers. I asked her to call my doctor because of the intense pain. She leaned over and said “ you won’t get any better pain medication if you’re admitted than you will if we send you home”! If I could give day surgery zero stars, I would! Never again will I have surgery at Parkridge on McCallie!
