I had some difficulty with claim coverage by my insurance and I was very confused and distressed when I received my bill. Thankfully, Olena helped me understand what had happened and how to solve the issue. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I cannot thank her enough!

I visited the immediate care facility located in Clarendon, Virginia and was very impressed with the facility and staff. I walked in without a scheduled appointment and was seen very quickly. I saw Chris the PA who was very welcoming and supportive and followed up with me days after I saw him. This facility has an x-ray machine and labs in house which makes it great for immediate needs without having to go to an ER or urgent care center. Easy and accessible patient portal that allows you to see your test results and office visit notes. Highly recommend this office, Chris, and Dr. Tabacco!

Impossible to reach someone in customer service. Been on hold for 50 minutes and keep getting hung up on. Ridiculous and a scam of a company.Editing to say that once I emailed them about my frustrations they called me back within the hour and had my information readily available.

Please understand that Privia Health is not a "Medical Group" as stated on hundreds of independent medical providers' sites - as patients know medical groups in the US. Privia Medical Group is simply a physician electronic records program. Privia has no protections or norms of a real Medical Group. Evaluate each "Privia Health" practice as totally independent. Privia Health is a shared portal and basically a bookkeeping health provider service. It's not there to protect patients or do quality control on individual doctors, or possibly even practices. I wanted to add that my review here is based on a horrible experience at a "Privia Health" practice, then hours on the phone and emails with Privia, to fully reveal that Privia Health is not like a real health or medical group as we know them at all. Privia can't help you. Ask Privia Health for a Patient's Rights and Responsibilities document (or "Patient's Bill of Rights" document). Silence. Any real medical group would immediately point you to the document, and likely dissect your problem and help you seek resolution. It's deceptive, since they hide all this from patients, and it ruins patients' confidence in medical systems. Please research this if you are referred to a Privia Health provider.

They told me it was $95 for my online appointment, and then added another $111 to the bill. It's a scam! My appointment was about an ear infection. Ridiculous. Update: Medicare finally paid the bill and Privia has yet to refund my money!

DO NOT USE DR. RUSSELL AT CHESAPEAKE WOMEN’S CARE IN ANNAPOLIS. Privia oversees care at this office. We were recommended to Chesapeake by a family member and unfortunately had a terrible experience with them. We started with them around 11 weeks of pregnancy after my GYN confirmed pregnancy, but we had to switch practices because my GYN is no longer doing OB. At our first appointment the NP struggled to find our baby’s heart beat, but then said she heard it and we left thinking everything was okay. We would later find out this was extremely unlikely because our baby stopped developing at 9 weeks. A few days after this appointment, I started to have concerns and we were brought in for an appointment with Dr. Russell. From the get-go she was dismissive and rude. I had numerous complications over the next few weeks and was dismissed by Dr. Russell several times. One night I had to call the on call number because I had concerns of bleeding and chest tightness and was told by Dr. Russell that I was fine and she would see me at my appointment 4 days later, where we found out I was having some concerning complications. Dr. Russell rushed our appointments and at times did not seem very thorough at all. She used very hurtful statements to refer to our baby such as “that junk” and “all that stuff”. This was also our second miscarriage and Dr. Russell refused to test me for a genetic condition that I found out I could possibly have and could potentially be affecting my pregnancies. After compiling a list of complaints to send to the office manager, Leslie Atkinson, I didn’t receive a response until I followed up a week later to make sure she received my email at which time I was just told Dr. Russell would be sending me something in the mail. When we received the letter in the mail from Dr. Russell it was a dismissal letter, even though I had already stated in my email we would not be returning to the practice due to the care we received. There seems to be no accountability for Dr. Russell and it is sad to see that when a patient has significant concerns this is the only response they get.
