Picked up film. Ready on time.

Today I had a cardiac CT at Sand Lake Imaging in Maitland. As a retired critical care RN I have to say this was a very very pleasant experience. What made it so nice? The people From the nurse who stuck my IV and pushed my drugs to the CT tech who cheerfully assisted me and talked to me during my CT to the girls at the front desk who greeted me cheerfully and walked me through the registration process. Kudos to everyone there today. They were exemplary employees courteous and kind and did an excellent job getting my cardiac CT accomplished. I cannot thank you all enough. We need more healthcare providers like you guys Keep up the good work and know that we appreciate all of your efforts.

The most clean and Beautiful facility. Staff was loving and caring and definitely made you comfortable. They were very patient with you and made sure if you needed anything. I would definitely come back to this place to do all my MRI or CT scan test . I highly recommend ❤️Thank you ☺️

I forgot to schedule an appointment for an abdominal ultrasound until just a few days before my doctors visit at 8:30 on a Thursday morning. The first available appointment for the ultrasound was Wednesday at 7:30 AM. No way the doctor would have my info on Thursday morning. Don't know how they did it, but she got my info on Wednesday afternoon before they closed at 5 o'clock. I was good to go on Thursday. Thank you.

Today I had to take my son for his 2nd MRI and want to thank everyone at this location for making the facility safe during this time of the corornavirus. My son also has an autoimmune disease so being exposed to the virus can be a challenge during this time. They actually setup a table outside and started asking everyone upfront before entering the office a set of 3 questions to ensure the safety of all their patients. This helps protect ALL patients (and their staff) and I am very grateful that they are putting pateints safety at the TOP of their list. I even observed that they had cleaned the door handles and counter tops every hour I was there. They also ask if you are not the patient to sit outside or in your car in order to keep their patients (and staff) safe.Many thanks to all your staff at this location!!! You're the greatest!

Very impressed on how clean the facility is and how wonderful Andrea was in making me feel comfortable when realizing my anxiety level was rising. Thank you all for doing a great job

The staff, doctors, and management are top notch. Always courteous and professional. Wait time is always short and the facility is always clean and welcoming. Thank goodness for these folks when you are in pain and need imaging without a hassle.

I was very nervous to go anywhere during this pandemic. But I had a health issue and I had no choice. I was beyond pleased to see that this company was following guidelines everybody was wearing masks and being distanced. There was something wrong found and the doctor took the time to come out and speak with me and calm my nerves. It really meant the world to me. It really seem like they cared.
