San Francisco Stress and Anxiety Center has amazing licensed clinicians. They schedule clients very quickly and match you with the right therapist for you. They do not have months long waitlists. SF Stress and Anxiety really helped me find relief after COVID had increased stress in my life and my work. I looked around at options initially but the customer service and quality therapist options at SF Stress really won me over after an interview I saw of them on the news. When I contacted them they were very responsive, personable, and accommodating to my needs from a scheduling perspective and I liked my therapist and trusted their experience and guidance. From day one I felt like I found the right spot. I have made very good progress in counseling over telehealth with their psychologists.
