Dr. Friedman and his staff were awesome. From the beginning they were so informative, helpful and answered all my questions. Never felt pressured. Dr Friedman personally called me on his weekend to check up on me, so thankful I went here and would highly recommend.

I went here for a quick consultation on the hair fall issue. They spent a good amount of time with me understanding my problems. Asked many necessary questions. Suggested everything in the market and most importantly they did not charge me or took insurance details. My visit of 15+ minutes was serviced for free. Nice staff and very helpful. I would recommend this place for your needs.

Great pre opp consultation. Procedure with Dr Friedman went very well. He was very thorough and particular which is what I wanted. The procedure, though lengthy, went very smoothly. I'm excited to see the results!

Very experienced unbelievable detail and workmanship. Previous review someone gave that was a bad review did not understand that if the graphs are placed Too Close you will have shock loss Dr Freeman finds a happy medium so the hairline is restored and shock loss is minimal which happens in any procedure involving hair transplants he also offers 10 free laser treatments and suggest hyperbaric chamber which goes above and beyond and prevents shock loss. I've been coming here for years hair transplants are the specialty very thorough follow-up and after care. Dr Freeman is top-notch would not recommend any other place. Other cosmetic procedures provided as well.

From the time I walked up to the registration desk until I walked out the door after my procedure, Dr. Friedman and his staff were very professional , caring and informative. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They explained everything in detail so that it was easy to understand what the process would be like. It’s only been a week, but there were no surprises. Everything has gone just as they had stated to me on that first day. They are very precise in surgery and very caring concerning their patients comfort and overall experience. Dr Friedman even went as far as to call me on a Sunday to ask how I was doing. I have been debating on getting a hair transplant since 2017. I finally made the decision to go through with it. The staff and Dr. Chu were extremely helpful. If you are struggling with the decision I would highly recommend even a visit with them.

I had my old review and first I had concerns however I know now that this clinic did stellar work. It was psoriasis that I aggravated by using too many hair products that were keeping the results from flourishing. At 9 months, I see an excellent result and I would highly recommend.
