Dr. Moore takes time to explain things in a simple way, answer your questions, and talk out your options. She has excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Moore and her team of amazing nurses delierved my son at Credit Valley Hospital. Her bedside manner, calmness and direction made my first experience of giving birth a pleasant one. She even came to check on us the next day. I hope she's on call to birth my second. Thanks Dr. Moore!

From fertility help to an extremely difficult delivery, Dr. Moore made absolute sure that my family was safe and healthy throughout the process. She is friendly, approachable and provides well rounded medical opinion. Highly highly recommend!

As a health care provider myself (not an MD), I’ve observed the practice of many physicians and Dr. Moore is exceptional. She is compassionate, empathetic and incredibly intelligent. I saw her not only at her clinic, but also at Credit Valley Hospital for unrelated reasons. On both occasions I was particularly impressed with the time she took to review my case and clearly explain all options available to me. She explained the reasoning behind her recommendations and respected my personal decisions. I cannot speak highly enough of her and I can only imagine the negative reviews on here are written by someone who had unreasonable expectations. Please do not avoid her practice because of them, it would be such a detriment to you if you did.

We met Dr Moore at RCC and she was our favourite. I was so happy to hear she moved to CVH when I got pregnant. She was always friendly and helpful. She delivered my son and came to check on us in the morning. I hope she will be able to deliver baby #2!!

Dr. Shannon Moore was in the delivery room when my wife was giving birth to our baby boy at Credit Valley Hospital. I haven't interacted with her previously and in the delivery room was first time seeing her. Overall, she was able to explain things very well to me, easy to comprehend vs. using medical lingo which I am not familiar with. What I noticed and truly appreciated was Dr. Moore's leadership abilities to direct the team appropriately as it relates to the birth of my newborn. She was directly involved and at the same time was able to delegate accordingly to the team delivering. My new born was born vaginally with the use of a vacuum and everything was successful and I believe that was a result of Dr. Moore's knowledge, experience and leadership abilities. You are in good hands with Dr. Moore!
