Today we go back to Sonus to pick up the hearing aid case, we receive a sincere apology and very professional service, I understand it was an unintended mistake and they are willing to make it better. 5 star for today's service! my previous review is here-- Horrible service! I ordered hearing aid from them, when pickup time is approaching, front desk called and said one part is missing and they can not deliver, so they have to reschedule my pickup appointment, no problem I tooke it, nobody called me for any change later and I go to pick up at the new appointment time, they let me wait at least 30 min. then told me the missing part is still not arrived!! I can not belive that, very bad experience and horrible customer service! I am just wondering how they do the management for the workflow!
