I had a toothache and my dentist was not available so they referred me to South Hill Family Dentistry who got me in immediately. Lobby and restrooms were very clean. Office staff were very friendly, personable, accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. You could tell that they loved their job and were treated well. I waited less than five minutes. The dental assistant was competent and Doctor compassionate, gentle and knowledgeable. A special thanks and shout out to Kim for all your help in making this possible!
