My husband of 48 years passed away under the care of St. Croix hospice Plymouth, in our home. Best decision I ever made!The nurses, aides, phone nurses, social worker, and the spiritual counselor are all angels in disguise. They guided my husband and I through a very difficult time and they did it with careing compassion. From scheduled visits, to 3 a.m. calls with urgent nurse visits they always responded.They really want to help you and make your loved one as comfortable as possible. I will be forever grateful for their care!

As a former Nursing Home administrator and now a employee of St. Croix Hospice, I’m confident when I say they’re the best in the Hospice industry. Their main focus is on providing quality, personalized hospice care for each individual patient and family. I’m so proud to be part of a team that strives to provide the best care for our patients and hold the hands of our families through their end of like journey.

I have been a part of St. Croix Hospice for 4+ years. I recently transferred to the Plymouth office from our Sartell branch. Being a part of this incredible and passionate team gives me the most rewarding sense of purpose in my career. Morning, noon and night, this team of nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, music and massage therapists, volunteer coordinators, dietitians, and bereavement coaches work tirelessly to bring peace, comfort and a little bit of joy to those facing some of the most difficult times that people have been or are going through. I am blessed to say that I work with a team of true angels. No matter how challenging times can be, this little crew manages to stay connected, calm and confident through everything bringing families and their loved ones the most precious end of life care possible. Thank you, to each of you for everything you do.

It's been four long months since the day we called St Croix hospice to help us navigate the worst days of our life. From the very first phone call, and during the four weeks until my dear friend passed, we were treated with the utmost respect! Every concern, odd request, and question was met with prompt personal care and concern. We recieved compassionate, loving care by every single person we had contact with! There are no words to thank the team at st. Croix hospice for being by our side and holding our hand as we navigated the process of losing our loved one! Keep up the great work!

St. Croix Hospice Fond du Lac over promised and definitely under delivered and I hope that no other family has to endure what my dad and family had to endure. They made a bunch of promises and had my dad transferred to his assisted living home for his hospice care before they had everything in place for him. My dad passed away before they even ensured that his comfort meds were onsite! I was told they had on call clergy but when I called on Saturday morning and no clergy arrived still by 300 p.m. I was then told that no one was on call. I guess this organization doesn't think that patients pass away on weekends! This organization let my dad and the entire family down due to their inept planning! I only hope other families considering this company's services think twice! I interviewed 3 agencies for hospice and thought I did my due diligence but they dropped the ball on everything they promised!

I would never use their services again because of many problems. The worst one was after I thought my wife had passed away and a new nurse showed up at our house she was just going to start cleaning her up. So I asked if it would be possible to make sure she was actually dead? She pulled out a stethoscope and checked one spot and said yes, I still worry that she wasn't since it was done so fast.
