St. Francis Hospital

I have had to take my wife there twice now both times have been amazing . From the intake staff to the doctors and nurses all have been amazing . Wait time was relatively short and was seen and placed in a room pretty fast . My only complaint which is not the hospitals fault is with one of the security staff . Tubby mall cop was on a power trip and “order” me to pick up a mask after I went through security. I just laughed at him and did’t not pick up a mask and went about my night . Other than that the hospital is amazing .

Went in for some urgent care and was treated quickly and professionally.

Wow! My wife has delivered two children at this hospital. The first went well for the most part, but our most recent second child's delivery was phenomenal. Our beautiful baby girl was born May 3rd, and the team we had was amazing. We called and triage directed us to come in. As we arrived at 8:30, they pulled us right into a room and began monitoring and moving to get us over to delivery. They assign a nurse to you once you come in and they will stick with you until a few hours after the baby is born. Jessica was assigned to us and she was out of this world. Her professionalism, willingness to listen and answer questions, helpfulness and ability to tend to my wife was astronomical. We loved every second, even through delivery, knowing she was in the room gave calm to my wife and the complete situation. Thank you again!After our hours alone for skin to skin, we were moved over to the postpartum wing for observation following birth. Although our first two nurse shifts were good, our last team of Nurses was fantastic. It's 7 am and they came in the room for change over cracking jokes and lightening the mood. Michelle was very obviously training Susan, but they worked well together, helped us complete every task to prepare to discharge and walked us through several tips and tricks we'd not know with the first child. Michelle stands out as a knowledgeable and respectable team leader and I hope Susan learns as much from her as we did, what an example she is in that facility. Overall, their team exceeded our expectations from the moment we stepped in the doors, blowing the first experience out of the water. We want to thank the crew they have assembled and are thankful we were in such good hands.

Absolutely the best place to deliver

This hospital is remarkable not just the gorgeous, welcoming structure, but remarkable in the care provided to patients and visitors. There are comfortable waiting rooms and relaxation seating with natural light throughout the hospital. Medical staff were always helpful and attentive. Best cafeteria! Very spacious hospital.

I had an amazing experience here, I work in healthcare and did my clinical shifts for my ems program at St Francis about two years ago. I absolutely love St. Francis in terms of the staff and the overall care that they give. About a week ago I was brought to the hospital by ambulance due to tachycardia and hypotension which as a 21 y/o F is not normal. I felt instantly cared for with genuine concern from staff even though I do not remember most of the visit. This is one of the first hospitals I’ve gone to where they have done a proper assessment and actually cared for their patients. I would recommend this hospital over any other in Colorado Springs.

Visiting my sisters kids in the nicu rooms. Was here just a few hours and it seems the girls are being taken care of. Not much to say here are a few pics.

I had a hip replacement done here. I was amazed by there compassion and the top notch job they did for me. Phil from physical therapy was amazing and very informative. This gentleman knows his stuff.

Registration staff, incl Nicole, were very nice. And the pre-op nurses in the GI Lab were super nice to my son, professional, helpful & efficient. Pre-op nurses were friendlier than the female recovery room nurse, but everyone was polite & professional. The registration staff and pre-op nurses made it a 5 star experience!
